Lately I have been drying jelqing in 15-30 minute sessions 1-2 times a day. And this is about it for my PE. Is there anything wrong with this?

I think my girth is gaining slowly, so no complaints here.

Why dont you add in some stretching too?

Not really. As long as you’re making gains, just stick with this simplifed program. This will way you’ll be able to monitor your true progress from just using one technique. If and when you reach some kind of plateau, you may want to look at other PE activities.

I’ve done DJ-only cycles, which were inspired by luvdadus. We both made gains from that approach. Do whatever works for you. If anything, it’s a good change of pace. But I would agree - throw some stretching in, even if only mild stretches.

I like dry jelqs too, since i’m uncut. Are you too?
How fast do you perform them, or how many are you doing (approx. )every 15min session?

Do you have any warming before/in between/after your jelqing?

To the others: Do you think dry jelqs are less effective than wet jelqs or at least the same?
Since I’m uncut, dry jelqs are the only way to go and easy to perform!
If dry jelqs aren’t less effective, I guess it could be a true advantage to be uncut when it comes to jelqing, because they’re easy and you don’t need lube - you simply let the foreskin slide.
