My Current routine:

6:30 AM: DLD Blasters using the “A” stretch.

Ride to work: Traditional keggle work out. 100 quick sqeezes followed by 50 5 second squeezes followed by 1 to failure.

10:00 AM: 700 strong jelqs at close to 100% erect. At every 100 jelqs I do a set of DLD Bends (30 sec.) and a 30 second horse squeeze…this ends up being 7 sets.

11:00 - 12:00 seated fowfer stretch with breaks and side switch every 15 minutes.

12:00: a second set of DLD Blasters with a experimental new stretch I have been working on. (once I finalize this stretch I will post it, but it looks to be INCREDIBLE)

2:00 - 3:00 seated fowfer stretch with breaks and side switch every 15 minutes.

Evening bath: Testicle health massage

I never really even thought about healing time with my workouts. I was taught from the beginning to train every day. My original routine was much more in depth than this routine. I kind of always considered healing time to be a function of injury or muscle fatigue.

I have been testing it for about 2 weeks now, I’d like to go a whole month or two to measure the gains and any possibilty for injury. So far though my Ligs are SCREAMING.
