Peforeal, might I congratulate you on your 2,500+ posts. I’m trying to get there myself.

But here’s one more.

So which is better?

A) Doing 3 sets at lower than 10 HG and wrapping the penis for all 3 sets? - [To eliminate the doughnut]

B) Doing 3 sets at lower than 10 HG and and wrapping the penis only on the last set? - [To eliminate the doughnut]


I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

I’ve done both A and B. It was easier doing set A. I found wrapping at the beginning before pumping easier to do. So, if easier is better, then I’d go with A.

If I don’t wrap and get a doughtnut of any sort, I find it easier to remove the doughtnut using my other suggested method with duct tape.

This would work if I included more days off in my routine. I might try it this week. When I pump everyday, I get terrible donut and I have to wrap on every set. This must be because I’m uncut…

Is below 10 HG considered low or below 5 HG considered low?

From what I read around here I’d say that 2-4hg is considered low 5-7 med and 8+ is considered high.

Personnaly, I don’t feel anything under 8 hg…

Here’s another one Peforeal: Can you prevent the donut by wrapping after you have come out of the cylinder?

So you pump as normal [without wrapping under the glands] and then remove the cylinder, and only then apply the tight wrapping under the glands to bring down the donut. Does it work?

This fourteen old thread just helped me resolved my donut. Tried it last night and it worked.
