Experience is great and all but sometimes thinking outside the box and fresh thoughts can be very helpful. And it seems people respond to so many different things “example” while some guys don’t seem to gain from hanging some get huge results and the same can be said from all forms of PE.

I’m do for a change anyway in about 10 days I will be switching my routine to jelqing/squeezes/clamping at home and while at work I will try to wear an ADS as much as possible 3-5 hours at least. I will not have the time to wear my extender for long periods of time which is far the best lazy mans PE routine. I plan to concentrate more on the rest of my body and will keep on with the PE but it won’t be the center piece of my time off. I hope to jelq/squeeze/clamp 30 minutes 4-5 times a week and that’s it, and hopefully I can reach a size that I’m totally happy with and I can just go into a maintenance mode and spend even less time pe-ing. I’m pretty happy now with my size but I’m just a greedy SOB that can’t stay out of the bag of M&M’s which is PE.

I do a lot of different squeezes and I’m not sure if they have names or not, I kind of make shit up as I go along and can’t say and don’t care if someone already made them up and I don’t take credit for anything.
The one I do the most is what I call “Full Throttle” and it could have another name but I have been doing them for years so if anybody calls them anything different I really don’t care. I do this exercise clamped and at 110% erection. If any newbie tries it your dick will blow up and not in a good way.
While clamped at the base I take my right hand and bend my dick to the left so it’s pointing left than I take my left hand like I’m grabbing the throttle of a motorcycle and and grab my dick right below the head and than I twist like turning the throttle of a motorcycle. You can also substitute your other hand instead of a clamp. Follow this up with reversing hands and dick direction.
Remember be ready to release the clamp if you feel the slightest pain or even a weird feeling one second is about all the time you have before you blow out an O-ring.

Yes squeezes are mostly for girth, I had gotten up to 6.5 when I was doing more clamping and squeezes and when I quit to hang I lost some except at the base. So I would like to get the .25 back and than mostly just Jelq for penis health.

I’m glad I could be an inspiration to some of you guys, when I started I had guys like Bib”bigger” to inspire me to “Just do it”

Thanks I hope they work for you all, as well as they have for me. Also I wanted to add that adjusting your hand that makes the full throttle twist both up and down your shaft you can hit it at different positions. I like to have only the pointer finger and middle finger with the thumb below the head when I make the twist.

Do you think you’d be able to describe the full throttle in more detail or draw a picture in paint or something? I’m also very into extreme clamping stuff and would definitely try this. One that works really well for me and gives insane girth is grabbing your cock head with one hand and pressing it back towards your body along the direction of your cock. I do this while clamped too… very very extreme but it’s good.
