Doing squeezes while clamped, or NOT

I am back to clamping but am afraid to add back manual squeezes while clamped to increase the pressure, due to recent injuries. You other clampers: are you getting significant gains by just clamping and letting the clamp do the work, or are you also squeezing your clamped dick to increase the pressure? As I remember it, I wasn’t getting much gain until I started adding squeezes (not too hard) to increase the pressure.


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I do squeezes and jelqs while clamped. Just got to be careful.

Clamping by itself doesnt seem to do much for me, even when I kegel my ass off.

I’m finding good gains without the need for added manual squeezes, but I may consider that if and when I reach a plateau..

I say do exercises, like squeezes and bends manually, then throw on the clamp to give your hands a break.

I didn’t start gaining from clamping until I did bends and squeezes.

Agreed, i didn’t notice gains until I started incorporating squeezes while clamped. Also something else that has helped increase girth considerably is a 5 min. pump session at about 10-12Hg in between clamp sets. After taking the clamp off after a pump session, the visible girth gain is just amazing!

I have yet to add in a pump . . don’t know why . . but I will soon. I think that would be great a couple hours before sex, to have it still all fattened up when you unveil the monster. dangle

I’m not sure I understand sqeezing and bending while clamped. I clamp with an erection and it gets hard as a rock. Bending would definitely be impossible. If I want more pressure I just tighten the clamp, so what is the need for squeezing?

Are you guys saying you clamp with less than 100% erection and then squeeze? Is that better than just getting really hard and controlling the pressure with the clamp tightness?

No I’m beyond fully erect while clamped but when I squeeze that blood has to go somewhere so you even get more expansion.

Squeezes are excellent in constriction work and wet jelqs also work really well.

In fact add whatever you feel into a constriction session such as pumping, horses, jelqs, bends ect ect but be very careful because like it’s been said many times, clamping is very intense and you are already on a thin line with it so injury isn’t far away if you ain’t vigilant.

I do know that over at MOS guys have used the SSJ method while clamped and gained well with it.

SSJ stands for super squashed jelq, I don’t know what it’s called here and if anyone can’t find it than holler me and I’ll copy paste it from MOS.
