Doing Cardio / Biking while Clamping!

Does anyone do this?

I clamp during biking and the time I can clamp is greatly increased. Sitting and just having the clamp on I get circulation problems after 12 minutes. (of course kegels and untighten the clamp can solve this problem.)

On the bike I can for about 30 minutes without any problems whatsover. I suspect the leg work rushes blood in. Its interesting cause without the clamp I turtle the most when physicly engaged.

I think it might show under my lycra shorts! :)

Yeah, they always complain at my gym when I do the stepmill naked and clamped.

same issue here dicker, i turtle like a mofo when running. Being fat dont help lol I thought about wearing one of my sleeves while running but what if it fell off

Run faster ^^

Seriously just test it without people around.

I just guess that the turtling happens cause the blood is needed somewhere else.
So I think it might be beneficial in the sense that the boody gets used to it.. maybe even create more blood overall? Sounds like a stretch but having not enough “blood available” to “feed” a new size might be a possiblity.

While I sometimes do cardio or lifting while wearing my cockring, doing so while clamping seems like an awful idea.

Yeh I run fairly fast for a big guy, im 6’5 310 and run usually between 6.8 and 7.3 mph, then do sprints after a 35min run. Ive always turtled when working out its kinda annoying lol

This whole clamped while moving around thing is actually covered by Remek in “clamping 101.” So it sounds like you stumbled onto one of those tried and true PE nuances. Glad it’s working for you!

Lol, knees are fine. Its my plantar fascia mucle on one foot, tore it playing basketball 3 years ago and hurts from time to time. Ive always ran, I guess I would be considered am athletic 310 id that counts hahaha. I still say im just fat

Youd he better off at a lighter weight. But you are definately hauling a$$, especially at your weight.

yeah im down from almost 350, so gettin there just very very slow. lol wanna get to 250 which was college weight 10 years ago
