My girth hovers around 4 7/8 at my circ scar. My base girth is around 5 1/4. I know my head is the smallest part of my penis; I often find when I wear a condom it’s loose on the head.
Does anyone else with relatively average girth have looseness with a regular condom?

Actually I have just the opposite problem, I’ve never measure my base girth only mid shaft but regular condoms are way too tight at the base and magnums seem a little too loose else where. Hopefully I can get my mid shaft girth up so magnums will fit better. Someone said 5.2-5.4 mags would work, is that correct?

That sounds right to me. Just out of curiosity I tried a magnum and it fit nicely on my base (5.25) but loose at my head and upper shaft.

condoms?! Psssh..
When I did actually wear them.. (Steady gf now on birth control ;) ) My base was fine however my head was the problem. I have about a 5 inch girth I think.
Start: NBP: 6 - Girth: 4.7
Now: NBP: 7 - Girth: A hair below 5"
Goals: NBP - 7.5 .... Girth - 5.5
