So for the first time today I jelqed then stretched as I read this is better. After 20 mins after the workout I measured my BPFL and I was 0.5cm bigger in length, I know this is nor permanent but is this a good sign. I also don’t know if this is because I jelqed then stretched.

Wow. Looks like an amateur shot. So did you measure right before and after your workout? In any event, any gain is a good sign I think.

Ya my bpfl was 11.5 then 15-20mins after workout it was 12cm. I measured 40mins later and it was 11.5 again

I honestly think you need to look at this more long term. Any deviations that occur from day to day are not as important as where you are 6 months from now.

I always look at it like a long term stock chart of a great company that keeps going up. There might be days that aren’t as good and might even go down but 6 months to a year there is no doubt how much it gained.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I think it’s a good sign. Soon you may find that’s your new starting length.

Very interesting point of view. I didn’t measure because I pretty much suck doing this as well as I think that the most important is what you see.
