Does Sex/Masturbation Hinder Gains

I find the whole erection level thing confusing about jelqing. I think most jelq for length and I undersand that lower erection levels are better for length gains. I jelq and struggle to keep my erection level under 70%. When it gets higher than that I take a 2-3 minute time out. It seems to me that for those with a similar problem, ejaculating will help keep the erection level in the 30-60% range (assuming you don’t go completely limp after ejaculation) which is supposed to be ideal for length gains…or am I wrong?

When your erection is too high, throw in a nice ULI and wait for it to subside - kill twenty-six birds with one stone :D

Just how much should I masturbate really?

Okay so I started wearing the PM for 8h a day since Tuesday and I haven’t ejaculated since like Monday. I’ve also been able to ejaculate like 1-2 times a week for the last few weeks.

However, I know a lot of ejaculating will hinder gains and maybe make you smaller, but would it be wise to just about eliminate it completely, or should I make it my duty to go once a week?

Basically, if I can go a month without masturbating, should I?

For me it seems that way cause I know when I do it I just feel like my dick isn’t growing. When I don’t and I use the PM my dick is healthy, meaty, full of veins, and my EQ is through the roof. I just want to know if going long periods without masturbating could be detrimental?

Masturbation will hinder your motivation. True fact. :) You don’t have anything to worry about but getting off too much can really have an impact on your mood so if its possible keep going about things the way you are.

I practice semen retention and this is my take on things: When you get an erection, pressure goes to the penis in order to penetrate deeply and ultimately eject semen into the cervix. Once you ejaculate, however, that pressure goes away as it has satisfied its biological purpose. Your penis then takes days to fully recover. By separating your orgasms from ejaculation, you can become a sex God. But this information tends to fall on deaf ears…

I don’t think masturbation or sex to orgasm/ejaculation once or twice a week will negatively impact your PE at all.

I think some type of sexual release or ejaculation on a regular basis is good for you. It helps keep everything working, makes sure the pipes and pluming stay in good working order. Some studies suggest that men how have a regular sex life (don’t quote me on this, but 3-4 times a week) have fewer prostate and other problems in later stages in life.

There are many different opinions out there, but you need to pick something that works for you. No or little sexual stimulation is not good. Too much to the point of obsession/ addiction is also unhealthy. It takes away other aspects of your life.

Finally, whats the point of PE and working to improve/change yourself if you don’t enjoy working with or playing with your tool along the way. Let someone play with it or play with it yourself and enjoy life along the way. All work and no play makes you a dull boy.

Once or twice a week is best IMO.

Just ejaculated a couple of hours ago, and I put on the PM about an hour after. My dick just doesn’t feel as stretchy right now. Boy was it a good ejaculation. I let out a huge load. Can I just jump back into PE shortly after?

Also, just cause I don’t ejaculate, I do play/tease myself throughout the week. I just don’t ejaculate. This gets my EQ up and when I do finally cum, it feels amazing and I let out lots and lots of cum.

Masturbation+PE routine= cemented gains, IMHO.

That sounds like a good plan doing PE right after.

I normally do my PE before I masturbate though.

If you can get the required erection level for the exercises that need it, yes, you can jump right back in. Otherwise just stretch. :)
