Masturbating after Jelqing

Hi Guys, Have been practicing the PE Routine since 2 months with some gains, had a little bit of query.

Q1. Is it normal to masturbate after jelqing or it shouldn’t be done.
Q2. After some period does penis gains get slowed.

Please advice, all seniors members are requested to put in some in put and junior members having 2+ months experience would be cool.

OK to jerk off after PE session

I’m a couple of weeks into PE, following the newbie routine with great interest.

Is it alright to unload after finished workout? I’m always so darned aroused by the wet jelq (olive oil rocks!), the EQ’s never been better so it’s hard to resist :P
Thoughts about this?

I mean, it really turtles afterwards.

Some say yes and others say no.

I generally don’t. I am trying to condition myself in a way that PE is workout time. Not play time.

Having said that, I have been have unloaded after PE on occasion. Just because it wanted to.

Masturbation

Is it ok to masturbate after performing exercises?. The reason I ask this is because, when I’m done doing the exercises for my penis I’m still hard, and I want to let loose, because I’ve became excited that I don’t want to hold back. So should or shouldn’t?

Yes, it’s okay. Just don’t over do it.

The other theory is that ejaculation before PE will reduce the motivation and effectiveness of your workout or ejaculation after can cause turtling.

I try to not masturbate the days I PE. The reason is that I’ve seen that without masturbation, my penis get much more solid and rigid beside the fact that I like to give big loads of cum to my gf, and she also loves when I got much.

The masturbation after the PE get my penis more tired and I try to avoid it. Maybe some people don’t have this kind of problem, but it happens to me.

Yeah, you want to avoid ejaculation. It does take a toll that is unnecessary. Ideally, you would ejaculate once every 2 weeks in my opinion. For maximum gains.

PE with masturbation -vs. PE without masturbation

IT feels weird to write about this, being that it’s my first time starting a thread.

My name is Jean-Luc and I’m actually pretty young. 18 to be exact. Even though I have just recently joined, I have been surfing through tons of links and doing plenty of research before taking PE in a more serious approach.

Now, I recall there being a thread explaining the matter of masturbation and in regards to PE. It said that plenty of guys on here have girlfriends that they have sex with or guys that masturbate as well while doing PE(NOT AT THE SAME TIME, but I’m hoping you knew that.)

He claimed that masturbation and sex shouldn’t have a huge effect on PE.

For my teen life(12-15), I noticed that I had an unusual problem with masturbation. I masturbated over excessively. I remember a time when I masturbated 7 times in one day. Those days I would notice that there is a soreness that comes when you masturbate too much.

Now that I’m 18, I discovered this site and started PE (amazing by the way). I used to masturbate pretty often, about everyday when I first started
. I didn’t notice to many gains after the first month and lost hope( I’m sorry, I know y’all encourage against this). My routine was the newbie routine, which I found pretty intense already.

(Routine)
-5 minute hot water warm up ( shower)
- 10 flaccid stretches (10 sec) ( ligament focused)
- 30 semi-erect jelq
- 25 kegels (5 sec hold)
-Warm-down.

I performed this every other day. My penis isn’t to. . I guess you could say “responsive” the next day.

Eventually, I came back and gave it some more research, and took some obvious forms of approach. 1.) I took puberty into account, when most growth in the entire body occurs. 2.) I took masturbation into perspective and how it affects me.

1.) Puberty for men involves Testosterone.Testosterone is the primary hormone that makes men different from women. What does make men different from women anyways? Well the anatomy of a man and a women aren’t remarkably different besides the sexual organs.
2.)Masturbation is not like sex at all even though it leads to the same result. The reason why sex is GREAT is cause women’s vaginae provide a natural suction effect on the penis. There isn’t a hole that’s called a vagina. It’s actually being forced open by sex.
Sex is good, and could actually provide a more positive workout, giving gains in girth and more.
Masturbation is different. Personally, I consider it a total loss. You lose semen, and you lose energy. That good feeling that’s cause by masturbation, is a release of pent up energy.

So, I came back with these things in mind. I didn’t masturbate and did PE, and now I’m seeing some gains in girth and length. I also changed my routine. My erections are rock hard and I get morning wood a little more often naturally. When I masturbate, I get morning wood.. ( Since it seems direct like that I consider it a negative PI in that case)

New Routine
- 5 minute warm up in shower.
- 10 flaccid stretches with BC or PC flexes.( I forgot which one. . I just clench my balls)
- MR.orange stretch. 10 secs in each direction.
- Flaccid jelq - however many until my penis feels “tired”
- Warm down.

Doing for about a month now, and I’ve seen about .5 in length, and.5 in girth

ALL OF THIS IS OPEN FOR CONTROVERSY, and please feel free to post whatever. That’s what these forums are for. I also understand that everyone is different and only certain things work for certain people.
