My point is that when something is hard to accomplish (no pun intended) people often over analyze and over complicate it even further. A typical example is body building. If one wants to build muscle and look buff, one can rent books or ask friends that one knows have done it before for advice.

Let`s use me as an example. I found a couple of forums on the net and read up on diet, base exercises and asked around. This coupled with my own knowledge about the subject gave me a rough plan;

1. Eat more (calorie surplus), use supplements like seal oil, raps oil, multivitamin, protein powder, creatine, carbo powder, sink and magnesium.

2. Work each muscle group 2-3 times per week using a old, tried and tested program (5x5) that consists of base exercises such as; bench press, squat, dead lift, barbell row, military press.

3. Rest, mix in some cardio now and then and be consistent.

With this plan and my own dedication I added 6kg (13.2lbs) of muscle on my entire body in about 2months. In these two months I missed one workout and forgot to drink one of my protein shakes one evening. Other then that I stuck to the plan and lifted progressively heavier weights.

I am fairly confident that I could help anyone build muscle if they did what I instructed them to do. I am also fairy confident that they would fail to do as I instructed them if I had them do something that they really did not like and that they felt was not normal for them to do.

Having people focus on not ejaculating through masturbation and/or intercourse so that they do not hinder/lose gains is in my opinion a surefire way to make people “fail” and/or obsess even more about their penis. It could also result in a negative image about ejaculating, possibly resulting in insecurities about their sexual life and the lacking ability to become multiorgasmic, holding back ejaculation and dry orgasms.

I stand by my original post and firmly believe that if ejaculation hinders gains, the veterans would have found out and there would have been warnings. Also, I have picture proof of my own gains, and I have never put any effort into limiting my ejaculations, ever. I also have video proof of some of my gains but that is too little still to be a viable proof. I also have picture proof of my team members gains that any photo shop expert are welcomed to pick apart to look for forgery.

Actually there are some warnings. Many don’t ejaculate before or after a few hours of the workouts, and there are many people who don’t ejaculate at their workout days.

And I don’t say you can’t gain if you ejaculate. It depends on the current situation of the individual. But ejaculation has a lessening effect in either case: on both the gains and the “situation”.

So how long do you go w/o ejaculating I’m down to two days per week due to time constraints and due to the fact that I can go on and on. I can distribute the energy.

There's probably an obvious answer to this question, but

Is there a disadvantage to masturbating and ejaculating STRAIGHT after a jelqing/stretching session/routine?

I seem to be making a habit out of it (I’ve done it 2 or 3 times now). I think the jelqing makes me horny or something. Something about sliding over your cock with the lube. That probably sounds strange, haha, but I’m trying to understand why I feel the need to do it.

Anyway, is there an advantage to it, like, it helps you warm down?

I read somewhere that ejaculating and going into (I think it’s called.) refraction period after a PE workout can cancel out the work you’ve just done. Something about the muscles relaxing up or something that isn’t beneficial?

As far as I am concerned, there is nothing wrong with masturbating and ejaculating after a PE workout. I have read a lot here, and at other places, and I have not been convinced that it is bad. Those who do practice it don’t seem to have any ill effects, so why not?. Of course there is the old adage that it saps energy, and that I DO BELIEVE. But, with regards to PEing, I don’t think it will, or can, cause any ill effects, other than sapping energy that is.

But, this subject will be hashed out, pro and con, ad finem, and I am not willing to wait so long for an answer. So, in the meantime, I won’t worry about it and will enjoy a good wank when I feel like it! :chuckle:

Welcome from another APR2007 Newbie.

Yes, it is okay to masturbate after the routine. :) There are many thoughts about that subject, both for and against, but I have not been convinced that it is bad to do so. It seems to have no effect on obtaining gains from PE. Therefore, I will continue to masturbate and enjoy every minute of it.

No, masturbation does not help to gain (length or girth), but it does help “gain” some pleasure for “you” (and not your cock)! :chuckle:

The jelq is not masturbation. Yes, it is similar, but to jelq is to “milk” your cock, by moving the blood into the chambers to engorge them.
