This is just personal opinion, but I think that less frequent masturbation would increase gains.

Naturally, I think the body starts to give you signs of “hey, I need to make some babies!” in our innate need for “survival” according to natural selection. After a while, your testosterone build-up starts to take its toll and you definitely get a bit horny. I theorized that maybe if you lay off on the masturbation, your body will possibly force your penis to enlarge (albeit, not by an incredible amount) in a response to attract female attention and reproduce. However, one could speculate that maybe a lack of stimulation would cause your penis to simply “give up” since it the body found it to be a useless organ—- therefore not causing it to grow or maybe even get smaller.

I also think that sex would less likely hinder gains. I’m a virgin by choice, so don’t take my word on this. However, with my ex I used to have dirty talk/phone sex, and the type of erection, and ejaculation that you get from a more stimulated and sensual act seems to enlarge the penis more than simple masturbation. You guys know what I’m talking about. You can get off pretty quick by just jacking it. It was only when I was actually turned on that my penis felt like it was a monster.

You’re right. 2-3 weeks is usually a huge “I need to blow my load” time. I’m almost at 5 weeks now since I vowed since the beginning of this year to do my best to NEVER masturbate (for mentions above). Obviously I failed a few times… But I’m holding strong (no pun intended) now. The majority of it is a mental thing. Just don’t think about sex or porn. Whenever I do drift off into some kind of fantasy, I just focus myself to control it and not give in. I also think because I hit the gym 4 days of the week, play football/paintball with friends on Saturdays, and have been avoiding getting into a relationship lately that my body doesn’t have the urge to masturbate as much.

Should I masterbate after an session

I heard that you should masterbate after sessions.is that true? If it is true then how would it and/or what would it help?

For most people once you masterbate, your wang will begin to shrink. After ejaculation your testosterone goes way down. That is why you never want to do a heavy PE workout right before sex, it would be useless as well as you being fatigued. Try and wait atleast 2 or three hours after a session.

Where do you hear these rumours ? I really want to know. No one can actually tell you whether masturbation has any affect on the penis AFTER or BEFORE PE.
