I was just wondering…with all the stretching, hanging, etc. in PE routines, has anyone experienced testicular enlargement too? I mean, not necessarily in the size, but in how far they hang…

I think this might have an effect on size perception (not in actual gains). If PE gains are good and there is no TE then penis gains might seem more substantial…the reverse would also hold true.

why do you think that? how does PE enlarge the testies? has this happened to you? i mean you think your not gaining because your nuts are growing at the same pace as your dick???

Go back and re-read my post…I said not in size, but how far they hang down. Also, I did not say that I’m not gaining…I said that if the testes start to hang lower, the PERCEPTION could be that you’re not gaining.

See, with all the stretching, hanging, or whatever various technique…with ligs and skin stretching during exercises I think it, in theory, is possible to stretch the skin and cause your “balls” to hang lower. I was curious to know if any PE’ers here have encountered this…

My balls, when cooperating, hang much lower than before. I also have had a definite teste size increase. I have done specific exercises to acheive this. My balls hang close to twice as low as before and the balls have increased in size too. I have always put alot of time into testicle health exercises and testicle stretching work. I am not sure if there would have been any change if I did not do these things.

Low hangers

Manually stretching the scrotum is part of my routine. I’ve always had balls that stayed tight against my body and it is something I’m trying to change. I don’t know that there will be any size perception problems, but I understand what you mean. I think size misconceptions like that would be more apparent when flaccid. When erect, especially when lying down with the penis on your belly, a long sac might make everything else seem longer, too.

When my balls are loose I do feel longer. Very good point.

I hope there isn’t any long term damage to sperm count or anything like that by messing around with testicle exercises.

I’ll shoot myself if one of my kids comes out disfigured or mentally disabled in the future just because I decided I wanted bigger balls and a lower hanging scrotum while I was younger..heh.

j384 the type of exercise I do is for testicle health. It involves massage and light stretching to help promote good circultation and to increase sperm count. It also helps detect any early warring signs of testicular cancer. So this is not a violent stretching routine.

Oh my God! I was just noticing that my balls look bigger too! I don’t do anything special to them but I have been PEing for a couple of months now
