Hmm, I’ve got about 0.25” in length and 0.2” girth left to my goal of 7NBPx5.6” (or more girth), and I just want to know if anyone can mentor me, or atleast give me some tips. Feels like the normal routine I have now don’t work. I do dry jelqing at different erections and squeezing, ulis and horses, and I might need someone to cheer on me from the booth so to say.

Have you tryed DLD blasters?

And read the LOT theory?

Give it a try!

Check your LOT.

And read, there are many

techniques…I am trying now

DLD blasters, a kind of stretch

done with kegel and reverse kegel.

It seems good.

Doing them in bed seems very

good for have a good concentration

during the workout…

Keep it up man, it seems to me you may have hit a plateau, if that is true, maybe a shock routine is in order, or mix up your routine a bit, like try different number of rest days, or even try a different time of day who knows maybe you will find out something that works and we can name it the Krowax Mega Pump.

Hey Krowax, I just poured through the PE Size Database and looked at the routines of all the guys who had more than 3/4 inch gains. Something very interesting I found there, not only did most of the routines have, jelqing and stretching, but a large percentage incorporated Uli’s in their routine, something that I was unaware of myself, I think I’m gonna give the Uli’s some further study myself, maybe you might do the same.
