I find that sometimes jelqs can be very demanding. Have you tried to cut the time down to say 5 or 10mins?
See if you have the same fatigue?
Yes, right now I’m doing 10min every other day jelqing and my EQ is better than my other PE attempts. I did however try to ad manual stretching recently and believe even basic stretching lowers my EQ for a few days. I’m mostly after length though so I will try to somehow fit stretching into my routine by either taking even more days off or stretch less.
