Does anyone get red dots from manual stretches

I have recently resumed a regime that includes manual stretching throughout the day. 1 day on and 1 day off, followed by 2 days on and 1 day off for jelqing and Uli’s.

Anyway, on my rest days, I sometimes see those little red dots after stretching SD. (piss pulls) Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what do you think? Should I stop the daily stretching? I really would like to add another 1” to length, and just about .5 in girth if I can. The focus in my routine is 50 -60% erection jelqs, with the overhand grip straight down, and manual stretches. My damn fat pad is deep, so length is what I’m really after, for now. Thoughts?

Yes, I definitely get them from jelqing and ulis. But the difference here, is that it is on my REST day, and usually occurs after an overhand manual SD stretch. (piss pull) (in other words, it is not from the day(s) before)

Yeah, I’ve gotten very small red dots right around the urethra opening from doing manuals stretches. I assume it’s from the amount of pressure I place on the glans during stretches. It’s not uncommon for my grip to sort of slide down to where it’s over the base of the glans, leaving a great deal of squeeze pressure just on the tip. I can mitigate it somewhat by trying to keep my grip a little bit further down the shaft from the glans (and of course adequate warm-up helps too) but I’ve never any pain or negative PI from it, so I don’t worry about it much.

in my PE beginnings that happened a lot, but since i started warming up those red spots made by stretching disappeared.
I agree with what michaelbaldwin said about the grip as well.
i wouldn’t stop the stretching but warm up or adjust the grip

Hey man,

I tore my foreskin in rough sex with my missus, actually she was slapping me off with her hand I told her to do it faster and harder and oh yeah, she did, and when I came, the forskin came away from the tip of my warrior.

Ouch!

It healed with a little white scarring, and since then when I started jelq, I’ve noticed a little red line underneath it, I don’t know weather it’s a coincidence or not, but it might be red spot, WHO knows, all I know is that my foreskin is as tight as anything and when erect the mother has no chance of retracting, COME TO THINK OF IT, maybe this has something to do with my 0.7 inch girth gain in 3 weeks, hmmmm never thought of that, I shall update my progress page. Maybe this is the cause of my uncanny gains for unwanted girth!

Thank you for posting Acid Jazz, I thought I was the only one who got red spots from manual stretching. I don’t use to get them, I guess from the responses it’s not too much of an issue.

I will make sure I warm up, thanks TugaViajante and Michealbaldwin.

I’ve been concerned about this very thing lately and I think the quality of your warm-up is the important thing. I gave myself really bad burst capillaries the other day while measuring BPFSL. The key thing is this was a ‘day off’, so I hadn’t warmed up; next time I’ll know better. Like michaelbaldwin says, the grip you use when stretching can create something like a manual clamp on the very tip of your glans. I don’t have any reason to believe that it’s a serious problem, but it’s probably worth a day or two off to let things heal.

Push out the blood from the glans before doing a stretch, that worked for me.

Sound advice, Pillars. Might work for some, but I find that hinders my ability to maintain a grip.
