Doc's lig pull
I just stumbled upon this tonight in my normal routine. I was doing the DLD blaster routine, and after the warm up I did the pull up and 100 kegels. I don’t know why I tryed this but im glad I did, I preformed a hard kegel and leaned back as far as I could, and then, while still leaning back, did a hard reverse kegel, which allowed me to pull a little more. I then, while maintaining a hard pull, moved about half an inch from left to right. Ten seconds with the kegel and 10 with the reverse kegel did a massive stretch on my ligaments like nothing Ive felt before.
