Specific to my dimensions in my case.

I’m trying to sort out lesser EQ in the evening vs. Rock hard morning wood and short recovery time. In the morning, when time permits we have sex twice most times as long as I fall asleep after the first time, even if its only for a few minutes.

For me its got to do with sleep and general resting, more than size gain though.

it is in Italian though. According to this urologist, if the length/girth ratio is abov 1.32, the subject will have issue to reach full erection. The reason is that the higher is the ration L/G, the higher the pressure required to reach full erection.

The same reason above applies to a EL too long, whatever the girth.

By EL we’re talking here about NBPEL or BPEL?
Well.. in this case a 7.5” x 5.5” could already be problematic since the ratio would be 1.36. :(

I wouldn’t bet that the ratio is so precise. Take it as a rule of the thumb.

I have a 1,45 ratio and If Im not on a heavy kegel erection training I get relativly fast problems with EQ.

This theory might play into why the TGC theory had/has it merits.

So do you have a routine of kegels that helps you with the erections?

My ratio is close to the risk so I can see how it would be difficult to achieve full erection, as is my experience in the evening, but once I’m there then there is no problem at all. Everything seems to lock in.

In the the morning I never have problems at all.

7,9 x 5,3 while Im not that big height/body.
Yes I do them very concentrated(not a fan of doing them in the car etc.) with a pyramid scheme. short ones, middle and long. under different situations. errect and flaccid.
Also squats to keep a good bloodflow.

It got much better since I stopped wanking to porn ;) .
But when I do nothing for some weeks I get problems.

Im not yet at my length goal and dont want to do much girth right now.
I will see if it gets better with a smaller length/girth spread.

As already said this might give some credit to the TGC theory.

I think my problem has been that I’m doing too much PE during the day to expect an erection at night these days.

I’m going to stop hanging and do jelqs and light stretching and wear my ADS throughout the day and hopefully my EQ will return in the next week or so.

Has hanging netted any considerable gains? Did it ever make a difference with EQ? I don’t want to try anything that is going to reduce my own EQ because it is very low. Maintaining an erection has been difficult for me lately. Not having any pussy for so long is not helping it at all!
Keep us posted as to if omitting hanging brings back your EQ.

I’m three days into my rest and morning wood has continued to be exceptional but my wife fell asleep early last night so I will have to wait until this evening for my first test.

My length/girth ratio is 1.39. It used to be just a bit lower (1.29). Up until the time that I was 65 yo I had not difficulty in maintaining an extremely hard erection. It was about that time that I had transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP). I had a greatly enlarged prostate. My urologist commented that is was about the largest that he had seen in his career up to that time (2003). My erections suffered quite a bit after that surgery. PE has improved that quite a bit. I am very pleased that it has.

Have you ever considered that a man’s testosterone level is higher in the morning than in the evening.
