Do you keep track of your PE workouts

Do you keep track of your PE exercises? Do you have like a log or something that you use that helps organize your results and such?

My log is my brain.

Does anyone have a written log or a log on the computer or something?

I tried keeping a log but I’m doing so many sets it just makes things too laborious.

Plus— I’ve decided to do only one exercise at a time (while I’m working on length) as I don’t want to waste time on exercises that aren’t working for me.

Right now I’m hanging and I’m reluctant even to mix up my angles in case it clouds my results.

A lot of the time I have difficulty keeping myself motivated, so unless I’m absolutely sure something’s the right thing to do, or is definitely getting results, I just can’t seem to stick with it.

I don’t understand guys who do a two-to-three-hour routine every day and only measure three months down the line, sometimes to find they’ve made no gains whatsoever. It’s crazy.

I measure at least four times a month so if my gains slow or stop I’ll know as soon as it happens.

I actually keep track of my “workout” times in an excel spreadsheet.

I have a PE log. I use this to calculate the total hours of extending and hanging. I also write down my measurments there.

I keep a complete record of workouts & measurements in an encrypted database.

I wouldn’t want it on paper.

I use Word for my log. Make note of the routine (exercises, time, sets) and a summary of the variables after each workout.

I just started out this years exactly januari 1, and I’ve decided to measure at the end of every month. I don’t really understand you guys who measure more then 2 times a month, can’t possibly by exact noticeable difference. First of all you gain very little between measure times, and second you would surely measure a little differently every time so it would look that you gained, even if you didn’t. And that is just frustrating, measuring so often and notice no progress :D .or am I wrong?

I just use a calendar and put my routine on it in kind of an encryption. Like, 20m SO = 20 minutes Straight out or C 12 = clamp 12 minutes. Then I just put hash marks to indicate how many sets I’ve done. Then I put my measurements once a month like we do here 9 fsbpl. I don’t think anyone can figure out what it all means. If anyone asks I just tell them some thing about herbal intake but I keep it in an out of sight place anyway.
