do weights/hanging really work?
i have read many things on the net that say NO to hanging weights.But then i see other sites that say YES.Some say that it will destroy your cock,while others say it will make it longer and thicker just by hanging and no other exercises.
Does hanging really work?
Do you need to do jelqing exercisers aswell?
Has anyone out they had real success.What was their routine.I really would like to know because i would like to try.thanks
