Do rest days really help?

Do rest days really help?

I’ve been on a plateau with gains for a while now - I’m not sure if its because I’m not PE’ing enough (about 1-2 hours daily, 6 days a week) or if I need a long break.

Has anyone noticed better gains after an extended break? If so, how long did you rest?

More for girth but less for length gains, but all in all yes you need some time off

I found that I could go longer period after couple of days of rest. It also seem thicker when you rested. Just my experience.

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

I am on a rest day today and tomorrow, I need it my penis feels great and is actually a lot bigger flaccid. Rest days are very needed, I do not have set rest days whatever PE that I am doing, if I am sore then I know to fish off that session and rest for 1-2 days. But sometimes I can go for a few weeks, it all just depends. Rest is always the best when trying to enlarge anything on your body. You rest your brain from a long day of thinking or work, you rest your muscles if they are sore, same thing for your penis.

It says that vaginal dilators keep the scar (injured) vaginal tissue under traction. This creates microtears. Microtears catalyse hyperplasia in vagaina! So it should work the same for the penis dude (as it does for other human tissue).

That brings me to think about “rest days”. According to the traction->hyperplasia theory you should keep the tissue under continued low stress during healing, after a fairly higher stress has produced microtear. Otherwise the micro torn tissue “might” contract. So during PE rest days there probably should be light hanging or stretching or jelqing. What yall think?

We don’t have to get all scientific fuel, just do what I said above, rest when you know you need it, listen to you body, and a little common sense thats the best science there is!
