Do Kegels make your penis smaller?
I read in a thread a while back about a guy saying he had heard that if you train your BC muscle with kegels its harder to get a longer penis or something.. I dont remember the thread, any comments?

Yeah, that’s why we recommend doing kegels. We all want a smaller penis.
Come on dude.
Kegels are more for penis health and strong erections and not really for length, although, the harder you are, the bigger you are.
Some people will dream up any excuse to get out of exercise. :shrug:

Yes they do. And exercising the triceps will make your arm shrink too.
