Do Cold Wraps post-workout cement gains?

I have read a few things about cold wraps post-workout having the ability to cement temporary gains. Is this true?

I am doing them too, actually I apply ice in a bag to my ligs after manual stretches for about 1 min. I cannot say if it’s working yet.

I would think icing while doing a girth workout would be good.

I’m a believer in heat and stay out of these “cold” threads. I also believe we’re all built different and find our own path in PE. I ask solely out of curiosity Yanni, but during what girth exercises are you applying ice? It’s difficult under normal conditions for me to clamp or jelq (when I used too) and maintain an erection let alone applying ice.
