Excellent post! I used to be a trainer for all of the athletic teams at my college and then for a division 1 college. Visualization is a major part of the training routine. I used to power-lift and have trained too numerous athletes how to power-lift. One of the most effective training points is visualization. Before heavy bench presses or clean and jerks, it is important to visualize actually what one is doing beforehand. I think that this would be of added benefit to the whole jelquing/PE thing. If one were to visualize only of course that would not work. Also, there are many times during this process that the weight is just too much and even though one visualized lifting the weight, it did not happen. But, the ones that succeeded were the ones that continued to press on. Eventually, the goals were met. Thank you for the inspiration to achieve.
