I have been seeing alot of guys talk about struggling with girth gains. There was a period that I was very sluggish in gaining in girth too. What I did that changed this for me is SuperSets. How I basically do them is like this:

Set 1: 100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 2:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 3:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 4:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 5:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 6:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

Set 7:
100 Strong Wet Jelqs
30 Secong DLD Bend
20 Second Modified Horse

The Modified horse is basically done by moving the 2 hands in a circular motion while compressing together.

This really jump started my girth gains again. I still do these now with some of my newer exercises with continue girth gains.

DLD- I thought you never rested unless injured. On the DLD bends link, you said that sometimes you occasionally devote an entire 2 hour session to DLD bends, which usually requires a few days rest afterwards. Do you just take off from that exercise?

DLD: this routine sounds more than promising, but I reached my goal of 6” girth. Good luck to all you try it.

This is a good exercise. I’ve been doing a lesser form of this for about a month:

100 wet jelq
4 30 second bends
10 uli’s

repeated 4 times per routine, 3 x’s daily.

I’m stopping break times every week because I seem to heal fast and I start losing thickness after the break.

This exercise is working wonders though. It took me awhile of starting and stopping PE to find my girth routine. I can’t stand horse sqeezes so I added the uli’s. My head gets way too hard when clamping at the base and I can’t slip my other hand over it with any pressure to get a good horse squeeze.

This is a dangerous routine though so play it safe.

The only problem I have with long squeeze type exercises, is that the blood just seems to ‘fade out’ somehow.

Don’t ask me how - I am gripping as damn hard as I can but it still seems to flow back somehow. Maybe my hands are too weak to handle it?

But I can never get a horse or bend or whatever to last more than about 10 seconds before it’s too soft and doesn’t feel like anything. :(

This is why the uli thing is my saviour. It can grip tight and stay that way as long as I need it to. Still, the blood flows out after a few minuites and I have to kegel and slide it down a little simultaneously to get engorged to the max once more…

Something that LedZep told me to try that is pretty cool is at the 3rd or 4th set STOP and rest for a couple minutes. Then start again. This seems to really have a thickening effect on the workout.

DLD, I am in the same boat as Secjay! I can’t do 30 seconds of bends. Once I engorged my dick while wearing my silver - and therefore completely rigid - cock ring, which helped keeping maximum blood in my dick while bending. But I would not like to jelq with the ring on, and putting it on for bending after jelqing is not possible - won’t go over the head. Any idea for Secjay and myself, please?

One other question: What’s the difference between the sets 1 to 7? Seems all the same to me. Makes your post look longer than saying 7 times 100 wet jelqs, bending horsing…? *lol*

LBornXXL, try making the cable tie uli constrictor ring. It’s adjustable and is quickly applied or removed. You can fing this in members pics under “made my own uli constrictor” thread by StillWantMore22. This thing is great. I’ll do my jelqs, put it on, kegel up to 100%, then do my bends and squeezes. What I really like is if I start to lose my erection I just tighten it a bit more to hold the blood in to maintain the effect of the bends.

How long do you wait between the Strong Wet Jelqs, the DLD Bend and the Modified Horse (or do you just change from one to the other)? How erect are you during these exercises?
