DLD Bundle Blasters for tunica stretch?

Is Bundle stretches mostly for lig stretching? Any people with low LOT been doing these blasters. I’ve been wondering if I could do it stretching upwards (targeting the tunica) instead of down or straight out. Will it work?

Mike the angle of stretch determines where you will be stretching. For tunica stretch you will want to stretch at a high angle. The lower the angle the more it becomes lig stretch. If you can set up an “A-Stretch” bundled at a very high angle you will experience a completely different stretch.

I tried doing a high angle bundled “A-stretch”, but it’s very difficult! I’m doing it laying down, but I don’t feel a good stretch. I get an intense stretch pointing it downward, but that’s a waste of time since that’s for the ligs. My LOT is a 7. Ever since Bib came up with the LOT theory I’m pretty confident that I’ll be getting gains from tunica hanging. Just have to wait and see.

Mike I’ve been experimenting with (my own version of) bundled tunica hanging (as well as fulcrum hanging and Straight Out to hit all angles). How I do it is, while hanging my regular 20 lbs Straight Out, I SLOWLY twist the hanger close to 360*, hold it for a few minutes, and then rotate it the other way. This reminds me of the old ‘bruiser 180’ squeezes so I hope I’m not doing any hidden damage, bottom line, be EXTREMELY careful if you try these. I get good soreness from all these hangs.

After switching from lig to tunica hanging, finally, for the first time my flaccid seems to be hanging a little lower. Time will tell if it translates to erect gains though.

Kielbasa, thanks I’ll try that out. My plan is to rotate it to the right for about 20 minutes then rotate back to the left and leave it for another 20 minutes. I’ll keep doing this back and forth for 2 hours. This idea sounds better than just hanging in a normal position.

I tested the bundle stretch during hanging, and I recommend that it should not be done. The reason is the shaft will twist within the hanger, unless it is really tight, and even then some twisting occurs after the stretch has been applied for a few minutes. This could potentially put stress in unwanted areas, like nerves etc. Dont bother is my advice, especially if you are are a heavy weight hanger.

I read the other threads, but still could not come up with a conclusion…

Are you supposed to kegel during an upwards tunica stretch or reverse kegel? Personally, i think i feel more of a stretch durin the reverse kegel.

In what direction must you pull to stretch the tunica? I have an LOT of 6, and have been blastering close to my stomach.

This seems to work good for me as in one intense week I gaind a 1/4” errect length!

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

PErules, I personally don’t feel any stretch when I reverse kegel. So I just do regular kegels when I’m pulling.

Gardenier90, 1/4 is very fast gains. I’ve been pulling my penis toward my stomach for ages, but haven’t gotten anything.

Mike is correct, with upward stretching it is a normal kegel that will have the most benefit.

I believe I will personally heed your advice. Since I do gain (albiet slowly), I probably dont need to go to the extremes that others may need to get extra length. I wont advise Mike either way on whether or not to try it as he has never claimed a gain. Just be careful with it if you try it.

I had difficulties to have a good hold and stretch when doing DLD Bundle Blaster in an angle higher than straight out. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Also when doing A-Stretch upwards, do your holding hand palm facing down or up? For regular A-stretch, palm is facing down, but I found if doing stretch upwards, it is awkward to have a good stretch.

Now I have learned a lot of tips how to get a better grip. I tried your Baby powder + H2O solution this morning, and it worked! Thanks.

However, for my another question, how do you do A-Stretch upwards? I found it’s quite easy to do it straight out, but very difficult to achieve a good A-stretch upwards.
