I basically understand the exercise routine. However, which direction should I perform the ‘A’ Stretch? Or what is the best direcion?

What would you suggest?

Channel7, the lower the angle of the “A-Stretch” the more you will be hitting your ligs. The higher the angle the more you will be hitting the tunica. A great place to start is realizing your LOT. Once you determine this you will have a better idea of where to concentrate your efforts. I find at tunica angles the need to actually Blast is not important. On lig angles Blasting is very important.
