I do the A stretch. I think the pulling motion I do is pretty smooth. I usualy do my stretches while seated on the toilet! LOL
The weird thing about this is that I only feel this new “strain” while standing or lying down and doing the stretch up toward my chest. It may be tunica stress and that may be very good for me. I am going to take it slow and easy for a few days with doing these stretches and see how it goes. At this point I am going to try to do just sets of 5 stretches 3 to 4 times per day and see what happens. I’m hoping that this “new to me” stretch may be hitting a limiting factor I have had and didn’t know about. I have been stuck at 7” BPEL forever and had kinda given up the idea of getting longer. I will try this and see how it goes.
