DLD Blasters...Un-Real Length Gains

Hi Doublelongdaddy… Another interesting question. In what kind of angle do you do the A-stretches in the “blasters”. As the ligs are hit by a downward angle, while it seems like the tunica stretches in a more upward angle… And straight out a mix of them…

An interesting thing is that when I get an erection the penis is like 2 cm longer (~0.8 inches) if I pull change the angle “straight out”… Does this mean I need to stretch the tunica firstly? Hm, are there any golden rule out there? I jelq ~10-15 min a day.. The DLD-blasters takes me 20 min to finish… Is there any 2:1 ratio or similar to follow… Or to include tunica and lig stretches, like, 2:2: 1 …. Sorry asking all this =)

To address your question…I have been experimenting with this over the past couple of weeks and think there may be alot more to the Blasters as far as angles are concerned. I am keeping very thorough records on a daily basis and as soon as I can see some sort of pattern change in gains, appearance or feeling I will let you know. I would appreciate if you could keep me posted on your experiences with angle changes.

Do you pull up with the top hand and and down with the bottom hand or vice versa???

Well DLD, funny enough I am now doing them laying down and not on the toilet!
__I find that if I put some music on and lay on the bed with a specially set aside sheet for this, I can be quite aware of my PC muscle and not need to strain the shit out of my PC. (pun fully intended :D )

BTW, what do you mean by “What is the stretch you are using with the Blaster”?

This is correct with the Dual Fulcrum but if at all possible get into the “A” stretch as soon as possible.

Sounds relaxing. Cascade just to clear up any confusion I will try to make a very clear definition of the exercises surrounding the DLD Blaster:

DLD Blaster is the actual stretch during the keggle/reverse keggle . No wthe type of stretch you use is completely up to you but I STRONGLY suggest the “A” Stretch or something very similar. The reason for this is the gains I have made using the “A” stretch in conjuction with the Blaster over any other stretch. RB has created a “Fake Arm ‘A’ Stretch” that he was using until he got himself into a normal “A” stretch, he reported this to be very effective. The combination of the Blaster with the “A” stretch or it’s equiv. is vital to making the quick length gains many report. The main goal in the users mind when doing DLD Blasters is to ultimately get into the natural “A” stretch…This is when the gains blow up. Until the user can reach the “A” stretch an alternative stretch will need to be substituted…I suggest RB’s version

Whoops!, I thought that you were talking about doing different stretches while doing the “A”, and I thought to myself that the only way to stretch in the “A” position woild be to pull out and over the wrist. —- Just a misunderstanding.
__I am now able to do the “A” due to my relativly small wrists. :)

Also as to the whole doing the Blasters on the toilet vs lying down,
I am now confused :confused: , I understand that the whole idea of reverse kegeling as hard as you can may be good, BUT, I thought that the idea of a reverse kegel was to make certain that you weren’t doing a normal kegel as a protective thing against the ligs as you are pulling for the gains.

DLD, you yourself said that the idea is not to ‘shit as hard as you can’ but rather ‘pee as hard as you can’.
__I thought that these are the same thing?, because the seem to be both related to the PC muscle and thus a kegel or a reverse kegel give the same reactions to both the anus and the stopping of pee. —- am I wrong?

It is a very very fine line between the two. They are different. I like the toilet just in case I get overzelous. The seated position seems much more natural for the “A” stretch. I am so psyched you are getting into the “A” stretch, this is when I saw the largest portion of my gains. Using the “A” stretch while doing Blasters is the best manual length exercise I have tried. Now you should just feel the “A” stretch getting looser each passing week. This was a very exciting thing to me, I could actually feel more and more slack as the weeks progressed.

I’m using the “A” stretches every other rep in my stretching sessions. So, it goes something like: Blaster+modified “V” stretch/”A” Stretch/Repeat. I’m wondering why the “A” stretch works so well?? Stretching the penis?

I really think it is the ability to have two fulcrum points that work so well. With minimal work the stretch tension can be increased to intensities not possible with other manual stretches. With a slight arch of the wrist the tension becomes greater. I have never used all of my strength either.

OOOH, see I dont remember much of the basic physics from High School DLD…but that dual fulcrum increasing the resistance with the same or less resistance makes sense….I guess that can be related to how a “lever” works. The longer the lever the heavier the load that can be lifted….think it was (dont quote me on this!!!) Leonardo Da Vinci that said something like ….If I had a long enough lever I could lift the moon….or something like that…LOL. So, this must be why when incorporating the Kegel/reverse kegel technique with the V Stretches and A Stretches…after a workout I feel like I’ve just hung 20 lbs+ for 3-5 sets of 20 minutes! I mean I put a lot of strength into these stretches and my ligs are really feeling it here lately!

As an alternative to pivoting the wrist on doing the “A” stretches, I just found out for myself that if I do them lying down, I can actually make a kind of situps excersise style of motion as I do the “A”.
In this way I am actually putting alot of force on my dick as I am pulling myself up basically by my penis (or alot of the % of force at least).

I wonder if this is just as good as the pivoting as I get a real good stretch from this with so little effort on pivoting my wrists?

Also, I no longer do the Blasters on the toilet mostly due to the fact that it gave me a sore bum :( —- Oh, well.

Go into more detail if you can Cascade. By the way DLD…my ligs are aching today…not painfully…but, like theyve been abused slightly. In a good way. I’m sure you or anyone who’s used weights hanging between the cheeks know what I mean. I feel like I’m hanging again…but, much more efficiently!

Ever since I introduced the Bundles into my Blaster routine my LIGS ARE SORE EVERYDAY!!!
