Hi docter5lan, Doc is correct. Step 4 is the most important part of the Blaster. I am no longer doing these laying down though. I find the best results are to do these on the toilet where you can really push on the reverse keggle with no fear of accidents (lol). What is the stretch you are using with the Blaster?

DLD, when seated, are you pulling straight out still, or more downward over your arm?

Downward over my arm. Remember RB when doing the reverse Keggle to arch your wrist or fake wrist to increase the tension.

I started experimenting yesterday with the conventional “A” stretch DLD blasters with my right hand on my left wrist and vice versa. Today I am attempting the “A” stretch with the fake wrist on my thigh to see which variation is more effective.

But one major problem I had with attempting the “A” or dual fulcrum stretch is, when I am grasping the front part of the penis with too much strength, the skin overiding onto the head which results in me PAINFULLY grasping the head and glans instead of 1 inch behind the glans. In short, I do not have a good grasp on the front of my penis.

How do you grab the front part of yr unit, DLD?

Pull your penis out by the head(lightly) until the skin is stretched out then grab an inch unter the head with the under hand and release the first. THen you should have a god grip

Thanks Doc. That is shat I do too. I use alot of baby powder too.

Please post any questiones about this exercise here. I want to be sure every possible ? is answered and every user is doing these correctly.

Ok I will do that and try to report the results ASAP.

To DLD, using baby powder helps you to maintain a good grip on the front of yr penis?

The main reason behind my diificulty in getting a good grip is bcos even when my unit is stretched to the limit, the tunica is taut while the skin is still very loose which leads to the conclusion that my skin is much longer than my tunica.

I don’t think that baby power will help me here bcos it is not my hand which is slipping, it is the skin which is slipping if you understand what I mean

docter5lan, by all means, pull all excess skin back toward your pubic bone. Then take your grip. I am a grower, so I have a lot of excess skin when flaccid, and this is what I have to do. I also use an overhand grip, with my glans resting about the middle of my palm. Pull that skin back taught, and experiment with different grips until you find the one that’s comfortable for you…

Question about blasters?

DLD, I have a question about your blaster routine. If you already stated this I`m sorry for asking, I must have missed it. How often do you do this? I know you said twice a day but, how many days on/off.This is my first post and I`m new with computer so I hope I didn`t screw this up. thanks,jester

Hi Jester, you did not screw anything up :) I do the Blasters everyday. You can decide what is right for you. I seem to be completely recovered by the next day so I push myself.
