Wanna7.5, I think that DLD and BIB are living proof that this concept is not necessarily true in pe. I mean, DLD gained over 5” using a method that you are telling him should not work. BIB also gained over 5” by continuously stretching his ligs and they never ripped.
Lets listen to the veterans who already been there, done that and successfully gained and stop telling them that the method they used to gain shouldnt work.

When reverse kegeling, where do you physically feel it? Whenever I reverse kegel (or try) I mostly feel it in my abs. But I do feel a little “flexing” in my PC, but it’s closer to the anus than my dick. Should that be where I feel it? I’m having a hard time isolating the muscle for reverse kegeling.

Sounds like you are doing it just right. If you can increase the stream when you take a piss by doing that, then that is right.

My abdominal muscle do tighten when I do a reverse kegel too, along with the same feeling you are getting around your anus. Sounds like you are right on target. It is a strange feeling to get used too.

The best comparison to PE would be the long necks of female members of the Pa Dong tribe on the border of Thailand and Burma. They put on a new metal ring round the neck for each time the neck has adapted to the previous. In that way they can stretch their necks to incredibly 35-40 cm.

unfortunately for the women, their neck will collapse if the rings were taken off :-(
