I’ve been on a mission to gain girth. I’ve had decent length, but almost no girth gains. My theory on girth is all about expansion. Simply expand the tunica and chambers beyond normal levels for periods of time. I’ve found that wrapping the base or using cock rings while doing dld bends and horse squeezes seems to accomplish the most expansion. After wards I keep the wrap on for an extended period of time. What do guys think? I’ve been doing it for a couple of weeks and it seems to feel like somethings going on down there.

Another observation: I have always had an n-curve (down). Since bending upwards it has definitely straightened out a bit. The curve is not as drastic for sure.

This sounds very cool…Are you erect after the wrap? It seems as though once the blood is trapped you can do the DLD Bends for as long as you like. When you are finished do you keep the wrap on or do you redo it? How long does it stayed wrapped?

Hey DLD, thanks for all your contributions. I wrap while flaccid or slightly turgid then get erect. I usually have to squeeze my shaft on near side of the wrap to get blood through the wrap to the other side. Then I can go through the dld bends and light horses and ulies. I started doing it this way because I had trouble keeping the optimum erection for the duration of the exercises. Your right, you can just do the exercises how ever long you like without losing erection. I usually leave the wrap on for like 20 minutes or so afterwards. I’ll do this when ever I can sneak in some time. I’m shooting for at least twice a day.
