You could try an exfoliator cream, that gradually removes the upper layer of skin, or even a cleaning pad used on plates etc, but don’t use a new one, An old one that has lost most of its “bristle” and use some soap on it, But DO IT GENTLY. Just try it very lightly, alomost no pressure until you can sense what is the best pressure.
But remember it is used to remove stuff. But in my opinion it is far better than chemicals as you can see and feel exactly what you are doing.
The exfoliating cream usually contains crushed peach nuts which is used to remove the outer layers of skin on the face, so it should be reasonably OK on the dickskin - The above things work for me When I go a bit mad
However the best idea is not to use so much pressure/vacuum etc that brings it on. But that’s the most difficult thing to do.
If you want to go the hydrogen peroxide route, then the best to use is babies bottle, etc. sterilising fluid. It will be the best quality rather than an ordinary bleach which may have dangerous impurities, as it is meant for lavatory basins etc.
