Disappointed about the lack of results. Please comment.

Hello. This is my PE story.

I started PEing last January. I did it regularly for 1 month but in February I stopped being consistent and I eventually quited PEing. No results at the time.

Last June I restarted the PE program, this time I was totally consistent. I PEed for 2 months (from the beginning of June until the end of July) and by the time I reached the last days of July, I thought I had achieved some results. Not much, but there was something different. Flacid size was clearly bigger, my erection was a little bit bigger, but I am not sure about that.

Anyway, since the end of July until the beginning of September, I did not PE because I was in a different country (working and in holidays at the same time). So, it was a little more than 1 month without PEing. I lost any eventual gains I had done before.

I restarted PEing in the 3rd September and I’ve been doing it until today (3rd October). Not only is my flacid size the same but also I haven’t gained anything in my erection size. Sometimes I think I’m gaining but then some other times my erection looks like the same. NO RESULTS.

My routine since the beginning of September consists of:

10-15 minutes of stretching (all directions, but more frequently pointing down and less frequently pointing up)
150-250 jelqs (this includes wet and dry jelqs… for example, 150 wet jelqs and 75 dry jelqs)
Sometimes I do some light horses, some uli’s, squeezes and bends. I don’t do all those in the same session though, I do them sporadic but all my routines include at least one of those.

All takes about 30-50 minutes, usually.
3 days on, 1 day off. Sometimes I rest after 2 days only and some other times I rest after 4 “training” days.

So, what do you pros suggest?
Thank you very much.

Well, you should do something consistently. Either give up consistently or go for a larger cock consistently. Most of the time you describe above consisted of when you were not doing PE. That tells a story.

Agreed, to be successful at PE requires persistant consistency, time, patience and a positive outlook.

I think he understands the importance of consistency. But by lack of results, Krtel gets demotivated and become inconsistent (which causes the lack of results).

You must find a way to keep yourself motivated so you can break the negative circle. The understanding that consistency is the main factor for gains, is not enough. Motivation is the main factor that provides consistency.

GOAL for December 2007: 8 X Red Bull

GOAL for December 2025: 14 X 10

Hence my mention of not only consistency but the following attributes also:
“time, patience and a positive outlook.”

One benefit I know that contributes to my motivation and positive outlook is penile health. My erections are like steel now, my morning wood is consistently like a pole, my vascularity has greatly increased and my libido is greatly elevated. All thanks to a consistent PE routine.
I would continue to PE even if there were no size gains to be had.

Now I’m not a vet by any means, but I think what you have to understand is that people gain differently.
Just because some members here reported significant gains in the first month doesn’t have to mean it works that way for you too. What gains do you expect, based on what assumption ?

There was a mistake in my post. This last time, I started PEing consistently in 3rd September and I’ve been doing it until today (3rd November, and not October, like I said in my post).

So, that’s 2 consecutive months PEing in a 100% consistent way. I didn’t PE in August because I really couldn’t do it, I was in another country and I had no privacy. But before that I had PE consistently for 2 consecutive months (June and July).

That makes 4 months (June, July, September, October) in 5 in which I was PEing consistently. That’s why I don’t have motivation. I know I’ve been doing it right but still I don’t get results.

I have learned a lot about PE in the last 6 months, so it’s not like I’m acting as a newbie who doesn’t know what to expect. After PEing in a 100% consistent way in June, July, September and October, I was expecting some results. At least a bigger flacid size and a small increase in the size of my erection. I was not expecting to gain 1 inch in 2 or 3 months.

Also, as I stated, I haven’t PEed for 1 month only. I’ve PEed consistently for 4 months in the last 5 months (I just didn’t PE in August cause I couldn’t do it).

Keep doing it, some guys don’t have much newbie gains. Change your routine if that helps you. What will help is taking your vitamins, an additional zinc supplement and omega 3 and 6 daily.

My vascularity has greatly increased. My libido remains the same. My erections are stronger some times, but that doesn’t happen everytime I get an erection (I mean, sometimes my penis is harder than what it used to be 5 months ago, some other times it is just as hard as it was 5 months ago).

My morning wood is more common now than what it was months ago.

However, no gains in size, either in length or girth, flacid or erected. My flacid sometimes hangs lower, but most of the time it has the same size it had months ago.

6,5 x 5,2 (that’s what I have)

Should I change my routine?

By the way, I have this doubt. After a stretching session, do you notice your penis is clearly longer than what it was before the stretching session? Cause sometimes my penis is the exact same size before and after a stretching session. Am I doing it wrong? (like, not stretching hard enough)

I believe many of us are hard gainers and unfortunately I think some (not many) are no-gainers.

I can only tell you that I have a 4 year PE plan to reach my goals because I realize that, for me, gains will not come quickly.

I have a length schedule and then a girth schedule planned over the next 3 years (already put in 1 year) and then I will go into a lifetime maintenance/health routine.

I am currently hanging, after a year of consistent PE, because I believe this is my best option for gaining the length I desire to be at.

I don’t think you are any kind of minority not seeing gains after 2 months on, a month off and then 2 more months.

I looked at my first 6 months as a conditioning period and then I began to incorporate more advanced techniques (pumping, hanging, squeezes, etc.)

PE, for me at least, is a marathon and not a sprint.

If you do a routine consistently for 3-4 months and don’t see results then I would say it is time to change the routine in some way. Lots of trial and error in this game of size gains :)

I can’t deceide if you have to change your routine, some excersises give you more gains then others and that depends on the guy.

I sometimes see a difference in the lenght of my penis but not always.

Krtel,

You obviously have much more experience than I. (This is my 4th week)

I don’t think I have noticed any (or much) change either, but I haven’t done this very long. Heck, already I have spent 14 hours (or more) pulling at my pud.

Posts like yours (and similar others) are certainly discouraging. We all know we have to be patient, but to spend this kind of time for no results is demotivating. (I almost said “not worth it”, but I guess it would be worth it )

Occasionally, I will run across testimonials like “I PE’ed for a solid year with no gain and THEN I tried hanging”. It seems that hanging is the ONLY technique that results in real (permanent) gains. Hanging is even prescribed by Doctors after some enlargement surgery. I am not trying to start a debate that has already been fully vetted on this forum. Personally, I do not believe that jelqing, pumping, or clamping result in non-reversible changes that persist for years after PE cessation.

If you look at what hangers do, they hang weights for HOURS a day.

I am not there yet, but I keep telling my self if the gains don’t come I am going to move over to hanging.

Maybe you could try that (if time permits) and report back on your progress.

Certainly, you will want to put more credence in the veterans opinion than mine. By virtue of my newness I can only offer reports of others that I have read.

I know posts like this are discouraging and I regret posting this. It’s just that perhaps there is something different that I could do in order to start getting results. Considering I’m not a pro, I was hoping someone with more experience could give me some advices.

We know PE does work. That’s a fact. Unfortunately, some people get better results than others. I’m an amateur bodybuilder (I mean, no competion) and I think I’m allowed to say that I got very good results from it… and at a fast pace. That’s one more reason why I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of results in my PE “career”. By the way, I am not trying to compare bodybuilding and PE (the penis does not grow the same way as our pecs or biceps do, considering those are different kinds of structures).
