That’s the basic idea of hanging, and stretching! We’re trying to pull some of the “inner penis” out by stretching the ligs. At least, this is the goal when you are focusing your hanging or stretching on the ligs. We also attempt to lengthen the tunica as well. But for some guys it does take more than 20 lbs. force to pull the penis out.

Yeah, that’s what I kinda thought about overtime, so I thought maybe a little force doesn’t really hurt our dicks. It’s only extreme weight on our dicks that could be hazardous. But I suppose it’s a bit of a misconception.that or some of them didn’t have dicks to condition themselves from such intense hanging.

I still don’t plan on hanging though until my length gains plateau for a while.

Is 250 a day too low? I often wondered about the quantity of jelqs needed. I’ve recently stepped mine up to 300 and, when time permits, 500 a day and I’m still not sure if that’s enough.

Also, and I guess it’s sort of keeping in line with this thread, is there a relationship between BPFSL and BPEL? I say that because I see my flaccid stretch is slightly longer than my erect length and I was curious, in the world of PE, whether there’s any significance in this. :confused:
