Well, I am nearing my 3 months of dedicated PE’ing with 2 months behind that of on and off training. I have had no gains really, but I am ready to start trying new things as the Newbie Routine seems to have not helped at all.

I was messing around with some squeezing the other night. I’ve just started squeezing, Horse440 style, this week. I reach my 3 month full training on the 16th. So I was messing around and I was wondering if I could do some minor sort of clamping, but I did not have any thing to clamp with so I decided to use my hands. Here is what I have been doing the past 2 sessions I have had with 1-2 day breaks inbetween.

Kegel some blood into your penis. Grab at the base of the cock with an OK grip and 70% erection. Hold for 10 seconds. Grab below the glans and squeeze so your head is pumped up nicely. Let go of the base grip and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat this process for a minute kegeling inbetween every grip change. Let go completely to let new blood flow in and shake to get it moving for 30 seconds. Repeat for 5 sets.

Is this dangerous at all? Is it already a technique?

I’m also going to start using the two handed diamond jelq. I like it a lot better because I feel the squeeze equally around the enter circumfrence. I think I may have been jelqing for only 2 seconds these past two months. I was just looking at my computer clock and for some reason 3 seconds seemed a lot longer than what I have been doing. Maybe I should do a month of this new routine and see where it gets me.

10-15 min stretches (two way, up, down, ul, ur, dr, dl, so, v)
15-20 min jelq (ok grip, diamond, and above technique)
5 min stretches

I have only warmed up once or twice. I usually stretch in the shower for 2-5 min every morning and night after the gym. I usually don’t jelq after/during shower stretches. I save jelqs for late night so I have privacy, but still stretch beforehand.

Nice to see that someone is using my ‘diamond’ jelq technique, I have not used it enough to see if it will provide any gains, but it is a good girth technique.

Just be careful with it, ck10n3, It is more intense than you think. Keep us updated about the progress.

Edit: I think your technique is quite similar to a Uli, only that you’re using one more hand. There are tons of info about the Uli, but at least, it’s a good alternative.

I’m in a similar situation as you,ck10n3. I’ve just decided to add some of the best promoted techniques on thunders as well as a few variations from MOS. And tomorrow I’m definitely going to try the diamond jelq.
