Did anyone here struggle with girth gains, but experienced a breakthrough?

Ya controlling the erection level is the hardest part. Also if your erection level is too high when you start to bend if you just keep the bend slightly and take a few deep breaths while closing your eyes erection will usually go down o desired level. At least that worked for me.

I think I’m setting myself up to gain some girth and I may already be SLIGHTLY thicker.

Current routine is 5 minutes boiling hot wrap, 10 minutes perfect jelqing using heated vaseline, 1 minute boiling hot wrap, 4 minutes of clamping, 5 minutes of boiling hot wrap.

When I clamp, I remember Drilla saying how he always kept the clamp one click below what was comfortable. I may be keeping it at the click that’s comfortable, but I sure don’t push it that extra notch and go for monster expansion which looks great then and there, but then my EQ crashes.

I do this 2 days on/1 off or EOD depending on how I feel. I won’t be doing a girth workout if I can’t get good expansion. I think I will stop at 5 minutes clamping sets and start adding one extra at that point. Or maybe raise the frequency of days instead.

Judging from PI’s, my EQ is certainly not worse and my penis is hanging good after this workout, no shriveling up. This is very different from the last times I clamped, but of course, this is a much more sensible approach and I’m taking my time to work up to where I need to be.

I try to consider a 6-month perspective at a minimum and that makes me take things easy.

I also do Mem’s stretching routine, 3-5 days per week.

I didn’t gain girth unti I back off to 10 minutes of dry jelgs every other day,followed by edging with some Ulis, squeezes and some finger only clamping. Of course I’ve only gained around 1/2” in the almost 2 years I’ve been PEing, but my EQ is astounding, I often have hard ons that wake me up in the middle of the night!

Eating like a man helps too, meat, fish,eggs, cheese,butter, vegetables and fruits, only have sweets once a week or so. I also stay away from grains as much as possible, except what I get in an occasional beer. No suppliments needed.

I’ve also cut way back on my exercise to one very intense whole body workout per week. I still do other activity like walking, hiking, biking and hitting the heavy bag, now and then, but you can get enough REAL exercise in 15 minutes once a week for heath. Check out the book “Body By Science” by Doug Mcguff. Also there is plenty of info on Youtube as well. This fits well as I often don’t get enough sleep and have a very stressful job that is a minimum of 58 hours a week often 70 hours or more. At 38 I don’t heal as fast either!

I’m going to look into this stuff.

I have been stuck at 5.5 inches of midshaft girth for years. As of this morning I’ve bumped up an eighth of an inch. Hopefuly it will continue.

I’ve backed off on the pumping a bit and started doing wet jelqs again.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Pumping finally put me into the 5 inch girth range. The key for me is breaking up an hour of pumping into three hot water sessions that are began with manual stretch in hot water. (yeah, baby!). Plus you can kegal like crazy and the pump somehow complements it. I am pretty much a daily trainer, btw.

And may I express frustration and glee? I am longer, thicker and happier than ever. And I agree that intense girth routines can be a threat to EQ. That this affects measurement is frustrating.

But with a subpar erection, I am still slightly longer and thicker than average. This I think is the point of PE, to relax and relieve pressure on us practitioners as we expand in mass.

For me the pump took pressure off my own play time with my erection. Now I can relax and enjoy my new size and feel, maybe do some edging of course, while knowing the heavy girth workouts will be guaranteed in the hot water with the pump.

After a weekend of no PE, I took an official measurement and I might even be a hair over 5 5/8 inches MSEG.

I’m almost giddy at having some gains after being at 5.5 for so long. Suddenly 6 inches doesn’t seem insurmountable anymore.

I’m also mixing in some clamping and squeezes mixing it up every day and really concentrating on the CC.

Proper measurement is imperative. Without it, you’re tugging your dick in the dark. Maybe you did gain an inch in length, but who knows? Could be all in your head. Without those measurements, none of us will ever know and neither will you.
Make it a priority to measure accurately and consistently. It might take a week of consistent measuring to get your technique down, but once you have a measuring method you can stick to it and know decisively if you’re gaining or not. My two cents….sorry, but no girth gains for me to report! (not actively PE’ing at the moment).

Measure and measure consistently - so many people out there don’t do it, or measure a completely different way the second or third time around, thus reporting completely inaccurate numbers.

My Girth Breakthrough

I know this thread has been inactive for three months, but I just wanted to add a little of what I found to be a breakthrough for me. I’ve been PEing on and off for quite some time now. Did the newbie routine for awhile, got my newbie gains, then plateaued. Usually after the plateau I would just add more jelqing reps with no success. Tried hanging and lost girth. Tried pumping and it killed my flaccid. Took some time off, back to the newbie routine, repeat cycle with no appreciative gains. Recently I’ve been back on TP and researching to find an exercise or routine that would help me to that next level. Like I said before, “for me”.

I don’t regularly measure, I use everyday indicators on how I’m progressing. I used to be a slave to the ruler. Most of my indicators are from my wife’s comments and pleasure during intercourse. On a side note, my PE experience and progress has been the best ever since I’ve told my wife I was PEing.

What I’ve found is based off of many different veterans on this site. Most important is negative and positive PIs. If you’re not paying attention, you’re going backwards. Never force a PE session; its only one day. Don’t sweat it.

Since this is only my second post, I’m not going to go into my routine like I’m some self appointed PE expert. It has, however brought me gains that I’ve never had for some time now. So don’t sweat the small stuff, tell your wife or girlfriend/ boyfriend, listen to your dick, drink plenty of water, relax, and find the routine that’s right for you. If anyone wants, I’ll post what I’m doing that’s helping “ME”.

I still can’t help but think that solid EQ/libido is a must for good girth work.

A few weeks ago I had that great EQ and libido, with my penis hanging fat and responsive all day long, quickly getting erect from sexual thoughts.

If I had that state consistently, I’m confident I would have gained well in the girth department.
