Two way stretch

- one hand at base of your dick
- the other hand with an ok grip behind the glans
- With the hand at base you pull to your body, with the hand at the glans you stretch outwards

When I do this I notice I can put a lot of force on my penis.

So much force, that my arms aren’t strong enough to give it a better stretch.

But it feels like a great great stretch. Because of the isolation of the ligaments (no pressure on it) the tunica is worked out great.

Maybe this is an idea for a hanger or other device that puts off the force of the ligaments and concentrate’s on the tunica.
That can be effective for people who have gained out their ligaments. This way you can give the tunica a stretch that your arms can’t give.

The problem is that I can’t work it out technical.

As the inventor/moderator of this exercise I advice you to get some more strength in your arms. This is the single most easy way to do the two way stretch.

I am no building builder, but I work out regularly, so my arms have enough strength.

More force is needed to me for this exercise.

Why limit your thinking in saying this is the most easy way to stretch?

This way your brain will automatically be closed for better solutions.

OK, so you where the one who has posted it before. Thought godofdeviltry has posted this Simple way of intensifying the stretch and I did some moderations, which I described here /forum/showthre … ?t=70715&page=2.

But this doesn’t mean you don’t deserve credit. Only one question, why did you name it tethered stretch?

I think this exercise in some form has been around longer than you think but despite the hype is completely useless. If you want to know why this technique doesn’t work like you think it does read this thread:

I think this excercise works, just not in the way that the guy who orignally posted it thinks it does.

When you pull on the head of the penis, you are pulling in one direction, making the force - for the sake of simplicity - 1 unit. Now, add a unit of force in the opposite direction, and you’re left with a total of 2 units of stretch on your penis. I think, a limiting factor in this stretch is your skin, so try to twist you dick, pull on the head, then bend in a V, or Inverted V stretch. My two cents.

check out the thread Piet posted. Towards the end the physics of what is going on is picked apart, and it just doesn’t work as you outline above.

No worries, was just being a bit sensitive, ignore me - it doesn’t matter who ‘invented’ it, what matters is whether it works ;)

Incidentally, I called it ‘tethered’ to distinguish it from any other form of stretch - the point being that one hand anchors the base whilst the other extends the shaft. Anchored stretch might be a better name anyway.

This exercise requires twice the amount of energy for a single handed stretch and it’s only being used for half your dick. So a normal 1-handed stretch is 4 times as effective as this ‘special’ stretch.

Good luck gaining with this exercise, you will need it!
