Jelqing should help.

CS is at the bottom of the shaft, and it provides blood into the glans, so when you jelq, kegel and press the bottom harder and slide slowly, you would see your glans expand.

Spongiosum is the portion of the penis that the urethra runs through. Go with meiya777’s suggestion for developing it, but I’ll be honest, I’m not altogether too sure you can focus on one chamber at a time. Interesting idea, though. I’ll have to think about this.

I think it has been suggested that clamping will make the cs grow faster than the cc because there is no tunica restricting it. In fact, I believe this has been a problem for some that don’t want that. I’m sure a search would turn up something.

Clamping did nothing for my CS all the gains I’ve experienced are the CC. Matter of fact I have a pretty non existent CS

In contrast, the only thing growing on me when I clamp is the CS. I think I have one of these three-layer, tough tunicae that keep the CC from growing much. Visually, I like the profile view with the CS protruding further down. It makes it looks really fat, even though the measuring tape says EG has only grown a little.
