Hey guys, I have been at this PE thing for around 3 months now, I do about 30 minutes of manual stretches, and about 400-500 2-3 second jelqs every other day, but I’m just not seeing gains. Everyone here talks about this great gains they get, and I’m not seeing jack, why? It’s getting very depressing! I already have terrible penis complex, and I would really love to have a bigger penis! I have just over 6 inches erect, and I would love to have 7 inches, and I would like to be at least an extra inch in girth! Am I doing it wrong? am I over training? or undertraining? I just don’t know! I am conteplating surgery if I can’t gain through PE, but that’s a last resort! Please help, I’m a desperate guy.

HI Starter,

maybe consider…
- The intensity of your jelqs (try increasing/decreasing)
- The days in which you PE. Maybe try 2 on 1 off or 3 on or 1 off .
- The Direction in which you mainly stretch. Read KOGs Lot 101 if you haven’t already.
- Hanging.

Three months is nothing really. It took me the firt two months to effectively do the excercises and realise a good routine. Keep it up.

I had same problems.
I now have definate girth gains and better erections.

I found out that for myself it’s better to split the program up into different sessions f.E. jelq stretch jelq hang… etc.
The sessions start at 10 minutes. Time camn be added as time passes or some more sessions can be added.

It works for me
I use a 2 on 1 off scedule but 3on 1off might be fine too. I started at 5on 1off but that was definately too much. had worse erections than before in that week.

Do you do kegels?
I noticed that my pc muscle is harder and stronger. but this is a muscle and can be trained pretty easy just through flexing.

The gains start slowly but there are gains definately. I gained about 0.1 - 0.3” in girth just in the first 4 weeks.
and I didn’t notice any changes since then except for better erections.

be sure to make exact measurements. and be sure to feel if anything changes in hardness shape or just more veins.

I’m sure you’ve had changes and just not realized.

Or, you’re doing something wrong.

What’s your LOT man? You can read about it here in Senor KOG’s very nicely done thread. It’s possible that you could be working the wrong area of your penis entirely. Don’t worry, just relax. More than likely there’s some piece of your routine that needs a tweaking, and then you’ll be off and running.

We’re here to help you, so just ask before you do something drastic like surgery ok?

Desperation accomplishes nothing. Three months is hardly enough time to gauge the possibility of success, especially with your fairly non-intense routine. An every other day routine needs to be stepped up.

As for surgery, think about it! It’s expensive, it’s a major risk to the one and only dick that you have and there’s also no guarantee of the kind of success you want.

I believe you need to step up your routine in intensity and time and add some variation to your techniques. There is a wealth of information on this board, so do some experimentation, get in the right mindset and go for it. What do you have to lose!

I had 3 gainless months of manual PE. 12 days ago I took on hanging, starting out easy, light weights BTC.
I’ve gained 4mm EL in this time (6 hours logged), and that gain is with almost absolute certainty from stretching my tightest lig.

Should you be interested in hanging (by now you’re probably well conditioned for it), then don’t just rush into it; read up first so you have an understanding of it, and start out slowly.

I found my LOT, it is about 7 o’clock. I take it that is not the greatest position for good gains! Going by this, what would you guys suggest I do to maximise length gains, oher than hanging.

I have also been reading about UlI’s, to me, it sounds something like a Jelq, but one person said something about squeezing five times? where at on the penis????? I have the hardest time getting exact deffenitions.

Hang OTS or do DLD Blasters.

starter did you watch gandolph’s Videos? They help a lot…

With your lenght no good Doctor will do surgery and it’s good that way.
Surgery is for people below 3” erect lenght.
