Next time I get injured or ill, this is what I’ll do:

1. If my glans get injured again, I’ll change my ADS attachment method, stick to manual stretches or whatever is possible to continue PE without making things worse. Of course, I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll try to keep my glans moisturized.
2. I might stop during 1-2 days when I’m suffering from the illness but no more! There is no reason why I can’t attach my ADS device while in bed.
3. This is unavoidable if you want to return to 100% form as quickly as possible.
Exercise encourages the body to heal, release Human growth hormone, helps you sleep better, improves the distribution of nutrients by better circulation etc. etc. It is a VERY important ingredient for fast gains.


Interesting post. The two things that interest me are the drying of the glans, and the relationship you have made with exercise and gains. For the dryness, I noticed a topic in the newbie forum about how to wash the oil off after jelqing. In my opinion it’s better left on (not all of it, but if you use soap it can dry the skin, if you just wash *some* of the oil off, the rest will absorb over the next 12 hours or so). Even if your glans isn’t dry, it’s better to be safe then sorry.

And with the exercise, maybe that could have helped my gains (without realising). I know it helps EQ and helps with sleep and everything. It’d be good motivation to know what when you PE, you need to exercise hard as well to cash in on the gains as much as possible. When I started PE, I also started exercising quite hard but the two choices had nothing to do with each other. It might have been just a nice coincidence if it does help. It seems to be working for me!

So far since I started PE in August I have gained quite a lot of length but little girth.
This month, I stopped doing a combined manual stretch/jelquing workout and focused on Jelquing with low load stretching from ADS. Length gains have slowed but I have a noticable increase in girth after only 2 weeks.

Since I want to gain around 2” in length and 1” in girth, I am going to try alternating 2 months Manual stretching + ADS followed by 1 month girth work (jelquing + ADS).


I agree with this approach.

In my opinion if you try to grow in two directions at once, you can.. but it will grow alot less in either direction. The gain in cubic inches (volume) will be the same, but it will be split between the two. Which means if you are desperate for girth for example, the length gains will only be detracting from the potential girth gains. But if you focus on one direction you can grow more in that direction in a shorter period and (possibly) even decon from the other directions exercises. Then when you switch it back you can get a growth spurt in the other direction. I experienced increased length gains when I dropped girth work. And while I haven’t ever tried going in the other direction, I’m pretty confident that if I dropped length work and focussed on girth only for a few months it would also have similar effects to what you described.

edit- Agree with that hobby said in that topic, that 2-3 months would seem better then switching every month.

0.2 in length and 0.25 in girth.

Edging is the key!

edging is the key when coupled with a focused,intense routine which covers the basic essentials of PE.

My routine is a longer version of the newbie routine followed by frequent and sparodic bouts of edging throughout the day.

It’s this combination which has seen me make those huge gains in such a short space of time and I would love to see others take this advice & also make large gains very quickly.If I’ve halped in some way with anothers success in growing their dick well I’ll die a happy man :)

Yeah I’m raring to give this a go as I’ve never been a huge “user/doer” or edging or ballooning.

I’m trying a similar routine now, It is also a very pleasurable form of PE which helps you stay motivated.

Been a while, hello. Hey, after you edge and balloon, does your unit ache? It makes me curious, and you may be on to something here. I edge and balloon just after my workouts, and I am assuming you do too?

I am going to pose this question also on my Ahh the itch and the ache thread.

My unit does ache on occassion but not every time.

I try not to edge too long on the sessions I do just after my main PE workouts,maybe 10-15 mins on most occassions and 20 mins max.If I go over that then I’ll start aching and will find it takes much longer for my penis to recover by the next workout,usually the next day.

When I 1st started edging,quite early on into my PE career I would ejaculate quite regularly,maybe 7-8 times a week and now I’ve cut that down to once or twice a week my penis is much better for it and able to withstand all the stress I’m putting it under with my workouts and edging.

It’s that cutting down on ejaculation that has helped my penis take the extra stress of edging and continue to grow.
