I think you should take time off (how long depending on how long you have been PEing). Then I would come back and take extra care not to overtrain… start with a minimal routine, and slowly add to it, intensity or reps.

There aren’t big/fast gainers among pumpers/hangers/clampers? I’m asking because I haven’t seen these techniques so much cited here. (Just curios)

Drilla’s Clamp-o-rama

Drilla9 took 3 months to grow 0.25” more EG using the Powerjelq, then started clamping which looks by far the fastest way of gaining girth.

ADS gave extremely fast results for one lucky fellow in a clinical study by Phallosan - 1.9” EL, 0.78” EG in 6 months:

I'm starting to see a pattern occuring here!

The attached graph (at the bottom of post) is from one of the articles mentioned in Marinera’s thread:

It describes what happens to collagen connecting tissue under load, although the load mentioned in the graph is probably different for the penis, I think that we can safely say that the penis reacts in a similar way under load.

I think that the load from ADS would be in the “Physiologic loading” zone, read this post to see what probably happens at a molecular level:

Normal PE exercises, when done correctly, will take you into the “microfailure” zone.

Excessive PE will take you into the “injury” zone
Based on scientific studies relating to connecting tissue injuries, this is what I believe happens when gains stop or the penis becomes over-conditioned:
dongalong - Loading, lengthening, healing.

So far, from the links that I have provided in this thread, generally, fast gains came from LONG DURATION IN A STRETCHED POSITION, whether it be length or girth work. This means in a normal PE routine, jelq REALLY slow to keep those internal penis structures stretched for as long as possible with each stroke. Manual stretches should be kept at the penis’ elastic limit (the point at which pulling harder causes pain) for as long as possible (either by quantity during the day or lengthy holds in one session). All day stretching will keep the penis almost as stretched but for comfort, further away from the pain threshold. Clamping works best with long durations (for example 10 minutes.)

HEAT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for fast gains, above all it adds safety and allows longer stretches and since heat is energy, it will energise the penis cells and speed up cellular regenesis. Keep things hot!!!

REST DAYS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR GIRTH GAINS but uneccessary for low tension stretching.

I have tried to make this thread a “Best of Thunder’s place” for effective routines and techniques that have proven to produce fast gains. Analysis of the details which make a difference is very important to optimise our PE time.

It’s also interesting that the man wearing the device 7/7 had no better gains than those wearing the device 6/7.

Do they say how much tension is used? I think that is a big key factor. Too little or too much pull could be counterproductive.

Also, I could almost assume that none of these guys ever did PE before. So, their gains might be due to “newbie gains” also. But, I think ADS, in my opinion, is the way to go for length.

There are more than a few people here who have gained over an inch in 6 months.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

I wonder if they have gotten sued over this. Unless the tension is very low.

From my own experience with night stretching, the tightness caused by an erection restricted by a condom/sleeve was always enough to wake me up, I usually preferred to take it off and sleep.
Only once did I manage to have a full night’s sleep wearing it.
