HI All,

So trying another run at girth. I have been stuck between around 6 inch + MSEG for a while now and the last few weeks I have been going at it again and I think I am now at 6.1 - 6.2 inch again. My problem seems to be at this point that when I hit it hard My CS seems to get deflated. Hanging seems to help making my CS harder and more full again.. however as most months out of the year I am travelling for work I can’t pump or hang at the moment.

So the issue is if I Clamp and do bends quite a bit my CS gets deflated. My Penis seems to get wider but way more flat. I know if I stop my work outs for a bit and give it a week rest my CS becomes very hard and full again but my Penis also becomes more Oval and less wide. Either way it seems to stop me from Gaining. If I can keep the width of my penis and the ovalness of my CS I would probably gain another 0.2 inch in Girth and would put me very close to my final goal (6.5 MSEG).

As mentioned Hanging seems to help for this (straight down) but unfortunately I can not do this currently. Is there any other workout you can recommend? My erections are btw very hard and I get good morning wood so I really not rather rest as I will lose my width gains.Cialis/tadalafil seems to also work to increase the size of my CS again I should mention but I really have no need to be on that currently and so I rather not.

Edit: I should add my current work out: 3 times a day I clamp and do O”bends as soon as I am out of the clamp the whole work out takes about 15 minutes at best. Besides that I do a lot of stretches during the day. Perhaps I should lay of the stretches to see if that helps?

I don’t know man… neither mine or my partners EVER become hard… it’s always flaccid. I assumed that was kinda normal. But it makes my penis very flat… Not sure what to say

Me too. Mine is flat too because my cs is kind of like “not existing” ..

So I took a day of yesterday (just one short clamping set in the morning) and I had night and morning wood pretty much the entire time. When I woke up I felt it My CS was was expanding again and my meat felt bigger and fuller again.

I think I am going to use my CS as my main P.I. as workouts are just so much better when my penis is not flat. I just get way more expansion. Things are looking good and I am growing.

Guys above regarding your CS. Is it always flat? Even if you take a week off? It is not a huge issue but I think your CS should inflate somewhat. It will never be as hard as your sides or top though.

I’m unfortunately deeper than wide. My nocturnal wood my glans and CS are very spongy and deflated. I can press ms CS completely flat. When I have an arousal erection there’s no way I could squeeze it although it’s not hard like the cc. My glans swells way bigger than shaft. I notice arousal and libido affect them but not cc.

Probably was a sign of overtraining.

Interesting my night wood also is usually more flat. I however always considered that this was because you are laying down.

I wish my glans would always fill up completely. I just happens rarely.

I don’t know if this will be helpful, but…
All my life i had a deflated CS. Taking care of my anxiety, loosening up some tension around the belly and pelvic floor, doing some reverse kegels and learning breathing techniques helped a lot. It’s now much more pronounced.

Try relaxing and breathing deep into pelvic floor while doing reverse kegels. It works wonders for me.

In flaccid state to 60 percent erect its “girthier” but soft. In full erect state its flat or like not existing.. If I could only get the CS to stay when erect or get it to grow, I would add some real girth!

I used to have this when I first started PE. My 70% erection was much fatter then my 100% erection. This was so frustrating. This is not the case anymore and I think that is due to Clamping. Have you tried taking a one week break to see if the CS fills up when fully erect? I just need to keep a balance with my CS still inflating and my sides still expanding. Though If i rest a week my CS gets very hard. But again then I lose some of the gains on my sides and make it less wide. So I am trying the middle ground.

It sounds to me like a loss of eq. When I’m not truly riled up the same is for me. I hate to push this issue again, but here it is. Your cs and glans blood flow are guarded closely by the pelvic floor muscles. I’d be willing to bet that if you relaxed your floor with a full hard on both would swell up. Your routine may be too intense while clamping and causing some pelvic floor tension.

I have noticed it being more inflated after a break. I do believe findinng my sweet spot for EQ and staying there is what I need to do.

Reccommend any techniques or articles on relaxing the pelvic floor muscles? I will gladly give this a try. Is it basically to not tense up and not try to “push” blood in when erect?

Yes. It’s the same as a reverse kegel. There is a tin of I formation on here about it. My thread in particular has a lot of details on it. The way the pelvic floor is formed makes it wrap around the inner penis. When these muscles are tight it chokes it off. One would think it would act the same as a cock ring but it does not.

Try sitting on the edge of a comfortable chair with an erection. Then slowly bulge out your perineum. If your glans swells up your cs will as well. This is how I identified that I had pelvic floor issues. It’s been a long road but for the most part I’ve gotten it under control. Don’t be surprised if sensitivity goes up as well with a full engorged cock. Good luck.

Yes I have been working on relaxing my pelvic floor muscle through reversed kegels. My CS does fill up but my glans does not fill up completely. I guess this means I still got to work more on this? I have only seen my glans fully engorged without having to kegel a few times in my life. I guess I have more work to do for this. I think my main issue is that I always kegel too much when I am trying to get in an erection. I am trying to get a away from that now but it has been a nasty habit and it just makes me erect so much faster. However I will keep trying.
