If I stop for a week or more. My next workout will freaking hurt. Does that mean my de-conditioning was long enough?

I think one week is far too little. Personally I’d say at least 1-3 months.

I decondition for a year, did’nt lose length, but perhaps a little girth.

That’s great, but it takes a lot of determination! I took a 3+ month break and it was very tempting to start PE during the break. The longer the better, but somewhere there’s a line between being fully deconditioned and just wasting time I believe :)

I’ve had the exact same experience. No length was lost but my girth got a little bit smaller, but it came back in a hurry when I started up again. :)

It has to be really difficult to completely stop PE for 2-3 months. Once you start doing this on a daily basis, it becomes an addictive part of your everyday lifestyle. Even when I’m in bed, I’ll wake up and do a bed fowfer without even thinking twice about it.

The point of where you’re “wasting time” after you’ve deconditioned long enough is ambiguous because each person’s body will react differently. With that being said, when my time comes to decondition, I’ll stick with what the veterans say and go with at least 2 months without PE and see what happens.

Damn! That’s a long time!

6 weeks to 2 months has worked very well for allot of people, my self included.
