Deconditioning over, PEing again!
Hello all my fellow PE’rs, I would like to hear your thoughts on my following routine.
Quick story: I’ve been doing PE on and off for 3 years now. In that total time I gained an inch in my length and about half an inch in girth.
For the last three months I have been on a deliberate deconditioning break and I am about to start PE again on Monday.I am happy to say that my gain lost was minimal if any, so I think I can say that I have cemented the so far gain.
I plan to do the basic newbie routine for a week; after that I plan on increasing the streching and jelquing time for 3 minutes per week.
Do you think that is ok? I mean, I coinditioned my dick before so personally I don’t think that this plan of mine is too intense. I am now at 7.3 NBPEL and would like to gain some more length before I hit serious girth work.
