Deconditioning Break Status

Just wanted the TP world to know how I’m doing with my deconditioning break.

Long story short I have been serious balls to the wall heavy duty PE for 1 solid year with a lot more time spent before that trying to make my cock bigger. My gains have stopped and have not been that great ever since I started PE, which was a long time ago, so I was pretty much out of options.

This is where the deconditioning break comes in. I’m out of bullets as they say.

I’m now 2-weeks and 2-days into my deconditioning break.

I’ve lost about 1/8” in mid shaft girth, which is two tick marks on my tape (that’s all I track) and a definite 1/16” in NBPEL, which is one tick mark on my ruler (maybe one and a half whatever that is). I don’t think some of the girth loss was fully cemented like my length was or is.

Not too bad considering I was going crazy my first week off and was having some flaccid hang loss right out of the gate but I think my dick was in need of rest and the unhappy hang was more indication that it was time to stop. My normal flaccid hang is back right now but I will tell you it’s murder on the brain not to have that near every day plumpness from the previous day’s PE.

The 1st week was tough psychologically. Real tough. But that has subsided.

I guess I ought to be able to hit 4-weeks at this point because the stoppage is no longer messing with my head.

So I wonder if I should do 4-weeks or more? And then I wonder what kind of PE do I do next.

I had a routine that gave me huge gains. I was 1-1/2 weeks PEing and 2 weeks off. That is what got me to where I am at today. 8.125 BPEL x 5.8 EG. I no longer PE and haven’t for quite sometime. Read this I have reached my goals I am a believer of decon breaks. It give you body (dick) a time for rest.

I have often contemplated a routine of 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. A couple days a week just doesn’t seem to be
sufficient time to recover.

I Read through your old progress thread. Very inspirational and full of great information.

I see you ended up letting the EG get a little larger than you were looking for. Did this happen during the cement phase as you predicted? My wife gets a sore jaw too but after 2 kids we need all of the girth I can get.

Again great gains and great info! Thanks.

Yeah, I thought if I gained just a bit more girth, I would cement down a bit where I wanted (5.5). I didn’t, I stayed where I ended. If you go back and read the thread again, you will read that several times it was mention that my Wife wanted me to stop. The girth gains hintered our sex life for a long time with some awful arguements and we don’t fight with each other. We are very sexually active, or I mean to say, we were. Things are barely starting to work out and my Wife is starting to get used to the girth size, but it messed things for a long time. Becareful what you wish for.

By the way, I miss informed you all in an earlier post. I was 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I posted 1 1/2 weeks on and meant 1 1/2 months on.

Tnt, I been PEing since march 29th. I started with 4 months of the newbie routine. I been hanging for almost 4 months now. The most time I ever took off was 2 or 3 days. I made gains but very little gains. Do you think I should try taking a week off? I haven’t hung in 4 days instead I have went back to manual stretches and jelqs. My dick feels real fatigued ever since I jumped back to manual.

Huhhhhh! I don’t want to hijack baywatch’s thread, but I will answer your question. Why not give it a shot and give it a rest. When you have been out working hard, don’t you think your body needs a rest? You do give it a rest and sometimes go to sleep early, because your body is telling you to, the same goes for your penis. I am a firm believer in frequent decon breaks cause it sure the heck worked for me. Had I not stopped, I could bet money that I would have continued to gain. Just remember, we all are different and our bodies react differently, maybe you may loose some gains and maybe not and come back gaining moderately. You have to try different things to see what works for you. I accidental stumbled on what worked for me and I probably wouldn’t have tried taking a 2 week break and resuming for 6 weeks and so on had I not got red spot on my unit. I thought that 2 weeks off may have been pushing the envelop and I may start to loose gains. Nope, instead I started to gain quickly because it was like I was starting out fresh every time I came out of the 2 week break. All I can say is give it a shot. Mix up your routine/schedule, but careful the first couple of days when you resume PE until your unit gets adjusted to your decon breaks. I say give it a rest and let’s see what happens. Listen to your dick, if it feels fatigued thennnnn? your body must be telling you something. Try to get to know your body. I am not an expert, but these are the things that I pondered on when I stopped PEing altogether. Had I tried this from the get go, would I have gained in a shorter amount of time? or was my dick a that point to just grow? who knows, but ted baker started using the decon break and saw quick results, because he thought, why not give it a rest every once in awhile.

Yes, sorry Baywatch.

Six on two off sounds reasonable tnt. The two weeks could be dedicated weight training or cardio. I don’t have time in the day for PE and general body fitness.

So baywatch, how long did you end up taking off on your deconditioning break? How did you come back into PE?

Also, very good post tntjockey, I’ve been considering this 6 on/ 2 off routine, sounds like it might work.

I ended up taking three weeks off. No PE whatsoever, no sex, and I think I only jerked off twice.

My dick was well rested and by the start of the third week it was noticeably hanging longer and fuller as opposed to what had become a somewhat turtled and tired appearance.

It is clear to me now that over training is a reality.

After the three weeks I began to wear my static stretcher starting with 2-3 hrs. per day for the first week and getting up to about 7-8 hrs. per day after 3-4 weeks.

I don’t know why I only took three weeks off. I think at that point my dick just felt ready.

I’ve made some quick gains. So much so that I’m not sure whether to believe my own eyes and my ruler.

The other things is I’ve dropped 10 lbs. of body weight during this same 4-6 week period. So now I’m thinking that’s the reason my NBPEL is longer. Unfortunately I don’t track BPEL, which if I lost some fat ONLY my BPEL would not have increased.

The good news is that although I don’t track BPEL I’m pretty sure I’m now at a BPEL that I have never been at.

So I’m staying quite with respect to this gain until I can cement it claim it as mine forever more.

In summary, I am very bullish on decon and the less is more theory.

Oh and I did not loose any length during the 3-weeks off and only 1 tick on a tailors tape in girth. In fact, my dick looked harder and bigger than ever IMO.

So that’s my update. Thanks for asking.

So how much was the net gain? And what was your stats before the rest period? This sounds great Baywatch.
