Deconditioned for nearly a year - Do I just resume the newbie routine?
Long time no see!
I quitted PE due to time constraints almost a year ago and I guess I am deconditioned. I think my member was pretty conditioned when I quitted having done PE regularly(hanging, pumping and manual exercises) for some time.
Having a little more time on my hands now I would not mind restarting PE again. My goals are both length and girth.
Is it ok to just restart the newbie routine? I want to be sure that I get the most out of this hopefully growthful period:-)
For those who are curious, I can`t offer any accurate stats as I unfortunately was a little sloppy in the beginning with my measuring. I have lost only 0,5 cm in length. I have not measured girth but I have not lost huge amounts. I did PE for a long time with no gains the last several months so I probably cemented my gains that way.
