Decon Breaks II: When do we need physically to do them?

In other words, I’m toying with the schedules to see what works and what doesn’t. Probably the biggest thing I’ve found that does ~not~ work is making long-term plans. I originally planned months ahead. Now it’s week-to-week based on PI and my chimp-brain instincts.

Speaking of which, monkey thumb-feet might be nice for stretches, eh, and some creative jelqing.

Honestly, the life that we need to live outside of PE demands enough scheduling that many people quit PE before getting much of anywhere. The fact remains that unless you have a plan to live and find time to PE you can’t make it work. Then there’s the fact that planning PE months in advance seldom works, because unless you have a crystal ball you don’t know what your PIs tomorrow will be. So you have a lot of the right ideas. It takes patience to really decode something that works, honestly. The Decon Break is a good time to regroup, as a result.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Hi, I have spent several years overtraining and taking on insufficient on breaks. In short, everything that should not be done.

My penis is not functional and the tingling in the left side hurts. I’ve been doing nothing for several days and it seems to be hanging bigger. I am clear I will stop the necessary time until the morning wood recovers, the discomfort disappears and the tingling disappears.

What is the biggest decon break you have taken due to an injury?do you full heal?

I took almost a full year off from PE while healing from nerve damage.

It took awhile but I fully healed and have full sensation in my glans again.

If your penis is not functional and you have tingling, you should take a couple months off to be safe.

Try not to worry about it so much. You will probably heal fine as long as you give it enough time.

When you come back to PE, go easy on your penis and get plenty of rest.
