I searched in forums for deacons break and there’s just “fragmented” information of value.

So

!! Use this thread to share YOUR experience with DEACON BREAKS !!

In summer (2007) I had a deacon break with absolutely no PE in four weeks and I lost 0.5mm (0.04”)in length but I gained 0.6mm in 2 weeks with my routine.

Now I will take Xmas break for ca. 3 weeks starting today, and see what happens to the stat.

(This is a bit short but I just don’t wanna speculate what might be the benefits and/or disadvantages with deacon breaks, numbers and real results are far more important.)

A bit late; happy New Year 2008

I haven’t PE anything since 12.12.07 (32 days) and didn’t lost any of my gains, it’s still 6.93” and 4.92” in girth. What I did thou in this period is just to stretch it once in a while; like in shower, or after peeing ( mean 2 stretches à day in duration of 10-15 sec) and that’s almost nothing.

I hope I get a good start now with my real routine, starting today :)

You do understand that ‘deacon’ has nothing to do with PE de-conditioning, no?

Try decon or de-con or best yet, deconditioning- then you might get a better search result

Different contexts (people, forums, sciences) use different terms to describe (often similar or the same) item/ function/ process, you see, that’s why I don’t care (here) what one will call -a break from any systematic PE-. Some call it “deacon breaks” (a bit humour in that one), de-/ conditioning (inappropriate concerning tissue; term is used in behavioral sciences).

I’m studying psychology and medicine.

PS: the tread is not about terminology but the results of breaks from PEing.
