days on and off
I have a problem: I can’t do a 2 on 1 off routine because I can’t do PE on Sunday (I have no privacy).
This week I resumed PE after a 5 week deconditioning break. I upgraded my old routine a little bit and I decided to do a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off routine.
Everything went just fine until today when I did my workout (it was the 3’rd day from the 3 on). I think 3 days on might be too much, because my dick seemed too fatigued although I did manage to get a full erection after my workout.
It might be a mental problem though, because I am too afraid of overdoing it and I’m almost paranoid about it. I think this is one of the reasons I haven’t gained more in 1 year of PE. I started my workout today being afraid I might do too much and I did it a little lighter than the days before.
Has anyone tried a 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off routine? How did it work?
Should I do a lighter routine and try 5 on 2 off?
Any other suggestions?
